Overall video was very informative, but If I may make a suggestion, when talking about the area, pictures more pictures of the areas would be greatly appreciated so we can see the general home designs and style of the community.

We recently visited Irvine, We loved it!! We are planning to move there in 8 months. But all these drought & wild fires are concerning us a lot. It seems like California will face huge water crisis in coming years. I understand the water diversification part. Without the constant water source (lake mead, Oroville/State water project drying up) & constant water drilling (OCWD) from underground is making things non-sustainable. Land Sinking - due to under water Aquaphor draining / will result in earth quakes. Air Pollution - Wild fires / Traffic. Drought - Lack of water sources. May be Irvine can resist Heat waves/ climate change, credit goes to Pacific Ocean. Forget about cost of living, traffic etc. If we would like a buy a home with million dollars we would like to get assurance at least for next 10 years. Unfortunately I don't see that. What’s you take on this?

That’s a lot to digest, but I feel the west coast in general has this same issue in the coming years and although this is not my profession I too would be concerned as it affects our every day lives. I hope that we find solutions and answers I’m the coming years to this global problem.

I would have had university town center area as a top 5 place. Have easy access to open areas - mason Park, San Joaquin preserve. You can walk to a lot of restaurants or stores. Schools vista verde and university. Can hop on the bike trail off the road they newport back bay and easily bike to Bqlboa Island and take ferry to newport, easy to walk to events at UC Irvine either at the Barclay Theater or lectures on the campus or to catch a volleyball or basketball game.

That’s my only problem with California or any state that the apartments or homes are so close to one another. 😐

Portola Springs is awesome too. Surrounded by great park, altair , and stonegate!! They have a lot of new communities in Portola and a new elementary school being built.

Woodbridge High area got a nice lake / library / community / shopping center in three-block radius. The college town (tuttle rock) is very tame for a college area as well and outdoorsy.

36 different areas of Irvine but they’re all beige stucco and everything including the air you breathe is owned by the Irvine Company.
