Great job again Mike and Susan! Some really awesome rings! I can’t believe how much treasure you guys have found this summer and early spring! Keep up the great work!
@@masonmercmetaldetecting Thank you so much Jim. I’m sad to say that spot now has sanded in. ☹️ But it was so much fun for 3 months of hunting that beach and some really amazing finds. Happy hunting to you and Mason 😊
@@treasuredog-ci9ir yes I went in the water it wasn’t to bad and I didn’t see any sharks 🦈 but I only went a little past my knees. Thank you and thanks for watching 😊
You got some nice old silver, Susan and Mike. That was a nice little hunt. Thank you for being a part of #treasureSundays and sharing your detecting fun.
I was thinking about the diamond engagement ring and the wedding ring. They certainly could have been a matching pair (both white gold, both 18K, both womanś rings and similar design) and how they both came to be there is the same area. What are the odds that they were both lost together? Itś possible but I was thinking the marriage went south and the woman who they belong to tossed both into the ocean! Either way thanks for sharing that spot with everyone. Drew. P.S.- Susan we want you to keep ALL of your fingers!
@@oldsilverdrew2471 hi Drew, the rings are so similar. Don’t forget to watch next week Drew that’s the one we all got gold in. Thanks for watching. Hope to see you out hunting soon. Hahaha I still have all my fingers 😊
You also need a Sandyscoop, not only your wife, but if you go to the beach, the best option is the Sandyscoop. You may have lost many treasures by not using the Sandyscoop.
@@detectorismopousoalegremg1780 thank you we both have sands scoop. Mike like to use a shovel sometimes. We use the shovels in the winter or if it’s rocky. Thanks for watching 😊
been huntiing 30 plus years and broken many scoops! i use spaded shovels in the rocks! the rocky areas will reveal the most exciting heavy gold and silver finds beacause they hold the target from advancing any lower! as for stuff washing in it is a myth all the heavy targets are revealed by erosion on beaches only stuff that washes in are aluminum plastics some wood seaweed etc! most of the successful beach hunters monitor the beach cams and drive the beaches looking for low cuts tidal pools and erosion!
