I cried at one point. Put things in perspective. I get thrown off track with the whole manifesting when I should be surrendering. I never wanted to have kids but the higher power brings children to me to mother. Had to re-recognize that. I love affirmations and the part 30 min in I loved! Wrote it down and will be saying that out loud instead of I am a millionaire! lol Holding the breath during and letting go was something new to me! That part was genius! World is repetitive and has been created by opinions and mostly have similar outcomes...
