That sluggish 5g wont win many times tho. M57 at same power level always faster...

Randomly came across this video and said to myself that accent sounds familiar. Grew up in northern minnesota and there is a large Finnish community up here. I can not speak Finnish but it was common 30 years ago that in many small towns people still spoke it. Cool video on what you can do with these getting older diesel Mercedes.
Remapped is 314hp. Is that with Blackstoke injectors? Or just software?
Great work guys. It's been very interesting watching the daily driver videos. So far it looks like stage 2 is what I will be doing on my car for now, but I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the videos. Hopefully one day I will do all of the mods from this build series. Cp3R90 when used in BMW is good for over 400+ hp?

w211 for 2.2 150 hp ?🚴 any modification to make 200 hp ? 😁
If its om646, om647 turbo, 4bar map and tune. Then is able to get 210hp 550nm
With stock turbo stock injector stock pump but aluminium intercooler, what power do you think i could get out of om613?
You can get 270-290 with stock setup

i have close result with almost same setup but bmw 231hp turbo with 54mm turbine wheel and 72mm compressor wheel , on 100mg and 2 bar boost i have 370hp with c30 nozzles 400 cdi pump 100mm intake and 76mm downpipe, 35 degree celsium intake air and we got 800nm also , running to 4700 rpm without boost or horse power drop, so im planing to use a 210 head with your springs and im interested what would be the gain after :)))

5g tronic or 7g tronic and have you made any changes to the box?

@@Mevax I also have a w211 om648, hybrid turbo 2568)600×300×76mm and 278hp 630nm power output. My master told me that my gearbox could not last, so he left my gearbox stock. Do I need to find another mechanic? How much power can this 5g tronic withstand?
@@rukiyehasan1855they use 5G in V12 Mercedes and E55 amg. You need more power then that? The reason they used 5g until 2013 in V12’s is because 7G could not handle that torque without blowing up.

Do you plan to do anything to the gearbox?
Most companies will only tune these to 600-650nm as the gearbox is supposed to be fragile after this.
Or are you just going to run it till the gearbox dies and throw another one in?
Mine supposedly has 250-260hp, but i would prefer more like 280-290 if the gearbox will take it.
hp is not the problem. Torque and how it comes on, is.

That gearbox can handle over 900Nm easily with good tune
@jeejeeoujee I thought the 722.6 5 speed in the W211 E320 cdi was only rated to about 580nm?
I'm aware the torque limit is higher in the AMG models.
I'm hoping your right though, then I can hopefully get more power, although not to the same level as these guys.
@@13harward Yeah my friend had an om648 with bsr street injectors, 400cdi pump, borgwarner s360v, ported head and machined pistons. Made 456whp and 910Nm on dyno😁 It was pretty neat machine.

Yes, it fit aswell, same modifications. Om646-647-648 is same front on engine.
