There are some circumstances, sometimes its good because the MVP summons a companions and when you kill it you can gain more dmg but only for small time. I think it's not worth it for mvp, but very good for grinding(AFK)
You should balance both of them. ROO formula is kind of complicated, for example Matk vs targets Mdef, MDMG bonus vs targets MDMG reduction. That is why both of them are essential.

I think much better you put the both. Chosen one is random but still ok. Still Soul mark and Berserk is much better to have.

Why minor and major prophecy? Does 1 skills can activate both?
it gives you more 'chances' of stacking Empower. Can easily get the effect of Mark of Gulveigg.
the chances from Minor and Major Prophecy works individualy. Sometimes both of them will trigger in 1 skill.

Unfortunately no. I stopped doing it when I realize it's a useless build and no one will use it versus the Elemental.
So is it better to use tetra or not for best dmg?
I'd still prefer tetra, just adjust the settings to activate when there's 4 orbs. It's also best for grinding/farming.
