I ordered Emma hybrid but they sent the original one, not sure if they do it on purpose because I saw other clients reviews they received the comfort as well. When I finally received the hybrid the shape of the mattress was strange or coils shifted not sure, I can’t even place it properly in the corner because of it it’s uneven shape and it’s so heavy but I like the firmness. BTW it’s been more than 5 weeks she shape did not change
We have the Emma Premium mattress here in the uk, and it's incredible, The back pain I have had for many months disappeared after 2 sleeps! Definitely recommend the premium, but I am sure both are excellent
@Jake Cooper it is firm but once you get used to it then it feels like an expensive hotel mattress in my opinion. We also added a topper. So yes still very much recommended 👌
I just bought this Emma premium hybrid here on Brazil, they're giving 100 days of trial here, and if you want to return it's for free but they are expensive, my hybrid cost R$ 3.990,00
Bloody hell we Aussies are screwed over royally, as usual. We only get 100 nights sleep trial. A full year would be awesome. We got ours today (27 July 2023) via a local bedding store, significantly cheaper than online, and they store had a test mattress to try out. We paid $1025 AUD for a queen, vs over $2900 AUD direct from Emma.
I was thinking the same thing when I saw the 365 day trial for US. I’m curious how you feel about the bed 13 months on. I’m trying to figure out which one to get. Btw where is the store you tried Emma bed on? I live in Brisbane but often travel interstate particularly Sydney’s Thanks heaps! 🙏😊

A King Size Hybrid for $1000 sounds too good.......Is it better than Amazon Lucid ???....What I don't like is no Visa/Mastercard options to pay...I would want that for protection
I have had an Original and a Climax in the home for a couple months. I find the Original to be softer and more suitable for my preference. The Climax is definitely rather firm and it just feels like..a bed. I am going to return the CliMax.
@@eeemuse For me, the original is a medium firm, not sink-in soft and not quai-board hard like the Climax. For regular bodyweight folk, I imagine it would be pretty neutral and comfortable.
I bought the emma hybrid mattress and it just got delivered today. Website described it as having a 3 zone something for head, back and feet support. I cannot for the life of me tell which side is which and i bought a 72" X 72" So it's even harder😂😂😂
Sir / madam I was ordered the emma original mattress & Emma protector from your's website on 14th April , emma protector was delivered on 19th , but Emma original mattress was not delivered yet 😕 , there is no update about Emma original mattress, when it will be delivered??? So Please give me update of Emma origin
They are the worst company to deal with terrible customer service promised delivery in 3 to 5 days three week later still haven’t received the mattress asked for a refund three week later still waiting!!! Do not use this company
Emma mattress are total scammers. I have ordered my mattress 3 weeks ago, they still haven’t shipped the order and they are refusing to give an ETA. I haven’t tried the mattress but the customer service is rubbish and beyond unprofessional

I think 20x layers of different foams is good for marketing less for mattress. 1-2 different foams on springs for sure. Maybe even 3. But 5-6 common.

In Portugal we also get only 100 night sleep and it a 140x200cm costs 1133€, which is 1,884.35 AUD at the time of this comment (4 Jan 2025).

The coil size on the website say 4.7 inches. That is quite a bit smaller then the others. Anyone know why they aren't using 6 or 8 inch coils?

I don't think so, I looked it up and almost everywhere they say it's fiberglass free, but do your research
