Hey man, i just got into Scythe and got dominated on my first game with friends. Do you have any video recommendations and general tips how to learn? I got the steam version and have been playing, and i'm in a very tryhard mood :D

I’d say start with watching Rusviet and Crimea games. Those factions tend to have longer scripted opening sequences. Learn how to play those. Then move on to Saxony (I’ve got a 2 part video series on how to play them). Then work on Polania, Nordic, and finally IFA factions. It just takes a lot of familiarity with the combos. I think watching game play through a help. I think you can crank me up to 1.5x or 1.75x speed and get through vids faster. I hope that helps!

@@FOMOF Tysm for the quick answer! In my group everyone is kind of a starter and we always randomize factions and boards. I'll try to get proficient with Crimea and Rusviet first, then hopefully pick up some knowledge on things to look for an opening. Also your videos are great and i feel like theres alot to learn from them!
