The reason I like the Megatins is because the Prismatics actually look nice like Japanese Prints, it doesn't look cheaply made where the card is all shiny like QCRs. If the whole card is shiny, it just starts looking like a bootleg & doesn't hold a candle to how old formatted Yugioh cards look in beautiful rarity. The Tin reprints cards that otherwise would have stayed at $15-40 PER COPY. The competitive can hate it all they want but for someone like me who couldn't afford stuff like the Horus Package, this was great.
I agree with alot of this. I think that’s my main issue with QCR, it’s almost too much. That is the main reason I love the classic ultimate rare look, they are just super clean. I do think Yu-Gi-Oh relies a little too much on reprints though, I wish more cards got Alternate Arts instead of the same 10 cards getting an alternate art. I am just excited to see what is next after QCR, will they go back to Starlights or what?
