যেকোনো মাছ ভাজা তে সরষের তেলের কোনো বিকল্প নাই। আর ইলিশ মাছ ভাজা তে কথায় নেই! সরষের তেল ছাড়া ইলিশ মাছ ভাজা, অসম্ভব।
Absolutely correct. My experience in Mawa is also same. Quality of fish is not at all good and they fry it very hard. You need to give special instructions. Anyway, if anyone is lucky. May get good quality also but that is probably possible in monsoon. Good place to hang out for Ilish khoko Bongs !!

Dang it. The chef destroyed the fish. Overcooked. Hilsa, should be cooked (unfried)in an eggplant jhol. Poor fish already sacrificed itself, the chef killed it twice.
Not really! Personally I don’t like overfried Hilsa, so was concerned about this fact 😊 the fish was perfect! See whole video, was talked about it😊
