He is just a perfectionist. He is really sociable and working with him is easy. Look how many talents from different genres he has picked up and put them in his labels. Even Oliver Heldens was poking fun at him in the description.

What I love about the testpilot set list is that it shows what music Joel is liking from other artist even outside the mau5trap umbrella. It allows him to be free and just play other music then being restricted to just deadmau5 tracks which I love as well. I grew up with the deadmau5 albums, it’s just cool to see this side of him having fun up there.
