    Pease keep making the domestic machine FMQ videos! You are an awesome teacher and I watch, practice, and practice (lol!) the videos over and over! Thank you!!!

      Thanks for letting me know! I’m experimenting with a video showing some things on both styles of machines. :)

    Thank you…love your design and it may be something I can handle in my domestic machine…the idea of creating the wavy line first may be just the ticket!

    I loved watching you show how you quilt a linear motif. This really helped me because I have a short harp throat with my mid arm and have a hard time getting an entire motif in without having to move the quilt. Thanks so much!

    I love the change of texture this design gives especially on a relatively simple top. I also appreciate the line drawing you included in the top right corner. That’s brilliant.

      Thanks!! I was hoping someone would notice the drawing. I love quilting these fun designs but they don’t always show up-especially on prints. I added the line drawing to help :). Thanks for noticing!

    Thanks for demonstrating on an actual longarm for some great beginner designs! Many that I follow mostly use a domestic for most of the demo and then a short partial one on the longarm or else they are showing advanced patterns. Just found your channel a few days ago- been binge watching! Keep those longarm videos coming please! 💜💜

    Such a great video I’m so tired of swirls & meandering . I don’t have room for patterns for behind my table. Everything I do is free motion

  • @mauripiper5390

    I really love this idea. I can totally see myself doing this on a particular quilt top that I haven't finished yet. My only trepidation is that I'm not sure I have the patience/endurance to do a whole row of the skinny back and forth lines, nevermind multiple rows. I'm keen to try, though. I know you said pebbles or figure 8s would work, but the lines just look so cool.

    • @TinyOrchardQuilts
      @TinyOrchardQuilts  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The lines are definitely and investment in time!!! 😂 for me they are worth it but figure 8’s would be a heck of a lot faster!!

    I'm so glad I stumbled upon your video. I really like this FMQ design. Any recommnedations to quilting on busy fabrics, when I can't see my stitching lines easily? How can I avoid crossing over my lines ?
