Love the videos man! One suggestion is to show your audience the technique you use to break bolts loose. You mentioned how hard it is to break the bolts of the CAT pipe but do not show us your technique.
I'd love to see a video of a clutch replacement one day!

Not a fan of the singles, I went through 3 different exhausts and ended up with the Corsa dual that sounds awesome and doesn't rattle the inside of the car apart lol.
I bought a slightly used tomei expreme ti exhaust which is also a single exit and I absolutely love it!

Great video man only thing I would also say to do is to clean off the exhaust before letting it get warm so dirty finger prints don't get cooked on

Why not put a downpipe as well, especially if its getting tuned, might as well finish the full exhaust setup imo. sounds nice tho i kinda want a single exit but Ontario Canadas new exhaust noise laws are gunna be an annoyance
The person could be getting a turbo kit in the near future which comes with a downpipe
I'm lucky where I live that the noise bylaw is between certain hours and its more of your car needs a muffler. Most cops don't even look at me and im straight piped, havent been pulled over for it 6 years

The Corsa sounds better (subjective) than any single and wouldn't get you fucked over.

Man my evo x bolts are so rusted. Imma need to take mine to a shop or something because the nuts aren’t a even recognizeable on the cat section. Perks of living in the north I guess.
And for everyone that lives in the rust belt/north east: Just pay a garage to do this. $100 or so to do this will save you SO much pain, frustration, and rust in the eyes. 😂

Yo, how does this compare to the ETS Extreme dual-exit for a bigger turbo setup?
I just installed this exact setup and I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I have very small leaks at the gaskets, I've taken it on and off 3 times with each time mounting it differently and the flanges as flush as possible, and cleaning the flanges, and still leak. Any idea? Maybe just new gaskets?
I’ve been reading that you need an adapter to bolt a test pipe up to the stock down pipe but it doesn’t look like you used one. Is this needed or not?
Would a AMS test pipe stainless steel work with the tomei exhaust?

I’ve had both on my x. Tomei is way louder. ETS fits way better and is better quality in my opinion.

Hey, I have literally the same setup on my evo and when I push the clutch in the idle bounces a little then goes back to normal. Do I have a leak or is this normal for the cat delete?

yes with that much flow it is recommended

100% do not recommend this on equal length headers. It becomes incredibly loud which is not my issue but it becomes very raspy.

it doesn’t touch but it is indeed pretty low although this car is probably lowered and since it’s in the back I don’t think it would cause to much of a problem
Just rechecked his ride higher and he’s pretty low. I am on this ride hight right now and the only issues I have is the catalytic converter rubbing over speed bumps. The back of my exhaust is fine.
