Sheri I’m so glad to see this video. When I saw this piece on Tim’s live today I was hoping there would be a video for it. And you do not disappoint. This is a gorgeous piece!! I love how you used micro glaze over a Coptic colored image- I’ve never thought to do that before. I’ve only ever used it to stop an image from bleeding color, but here you used it to protect the image from being covered by the sprays. I don’t know why I’ve never thought of that. And I love the grit paste on the frame & the mica flakes along the bottom to mimic snow. This is just stunning. I’m so excited for this set!!

Speckled Egg was the first one; next was Walnut Stain; the 3rd one was blurry on my screen, but it looked like Mermaid Lagoon (someone please correct me if I'm wrong). The last spray was a Mica Stain - Frosted Juniper.

Did you put something over the sleigh and reindeer to make them repel the sprays? If so, what did you use? I love this and can’t wait to get my stamp set to give this a try…
She used the micro glaze over the image. It took me a bit to figure out what she was doing there, but what a great idea to use the glaze over a colored image. I’ve only used it on images I’ve colored with distress ink.

I just received the notice of this stamp in the past hour & went to the link only to find the stamp set sold out already. Talk about limited... Beautiful set, though. I have the Tim Holtz Santa sleigh die, and would have loved having the stamp set.
Tim revealed his collaboration set at 12 noon ET yesterday, and it went live on the site after that. We had more that ever, and last year's set took 36 hours to sell out (fastest of all time). Sorry you missed it. We really try to anticipate demand and make our customers happy.

I COULD NOT SEE WHERE YOU APPLIED THE GLAZE. COULD YOU TELL ME. IT’S A BEAUTIFUL SET I WILL BE ORDERING FOR SURE.
It was applied over the stamped Santa/sleigh image, so the sprays wouldn’t cover up the colored image. Which I thought was so cool- I never thought to use it over a colored image like that.
