That is what I like the most an Ombud has some pull on having policies and infiltrate change within a system more so than what an attorney can do.
I have a MS in conflict analysis and resolution I wonder what the intersections are with the IOA training?
External and internal facing visitors for all of you? Or are your visitors only internal?
