A lot of vocal control, It is relatively easy to learn, But, especially for men, puberty makes it more difficult to learn naturally. That being said, a few months of vocal training does wonders. (Not that I've got experience with that...)
If you study a bit and practice where to position ur voice in ur throat, you can get used to it and do it whenever you want I bet Luca practiced a lot tho he does it so naturally.
