@@Fasteroid I've seen a lot of rural two-lane and three or four lane highways (total, not each direction) that just have two painted lines close to eachother, often if there are more than 2 lanes there'll at least be a painted median where there's just a large gap between the lines and some diagonal lines between those.

This is might be the worst take on driving I have heard in a while. *every* intersection is regulated, if not by (vertical or horizontal) road signs it is by the damn driving code. Which is not optional to follow. There are certainly cases where road design is, let’s say, suboptimal but I would not say this to be the case: Clearly marked vertical and horizontal STOP markings with ample visibility on both ways of oncoming traffic from the POV of the (good) driver that halts his vehicle behind the STOP line leave no excuses. Failing to halt the vehicle before the STOP signs (which is different from the yield sign), before a busy intersection and in clear line of sight of approaching drivers makes this accident 100% fault of the driver, and not the intersection. To clarify, that road design in particular is perfectly safe and usable under the conditions of following the driving code, which when broken can lead to civil charges in certain circumstances in most places.
This is why I don't drive. It doesn't matter if you're a responsible driver, what matters is if the people around are responsible drivers... ...and they AIN'T. Like, more than half of them I'm just sitting here like "...what the FAQ was that SHYT?!"

The only thing i can take in clean, is speed. WHY do you need to go at 1000 km/h. WHY do people overestimate their reaction time? for example, 5:35, it is evident he was on a wrong direction lane. Let's assume you made a mistake, why do you accelerate that much?
If you every drive, cross the street quickly after stopping at stop signs. Use turn signals at least 7-3 seconds before making a move. That way, you don’t end up like these fellas

i swear some of these accidents are instant cringe (by which i mean of fear and how hard it is to watch.) but it is very educational on how bad these crashes really were by providing camera angles that may not have been available at the time. But in recent years it has only gotten worse by the day. please, drive safely and don't make a mistake that would cost you or someone else their lives.
The only issue i have is that the seatbelts and airbags are missing, not that they would have helped much in some of these accidents, but some might maybe have survived.
