A very qualified person,but reserved and never blows his horn around. We have retired competent people like this for incompetent loudmouth people who don't know anything. They drove the country straight into a ditch and economic bankruptcy.Voila it serves us right

At least we can see what the NDC did with the loans they took. In their case they wasted the money in the biggest hole in Accra, in the name of Cathedral
