Very nice. Can you please tell me if Valencia is much cooler than Dumaguete or if you must be higher in the mountains to get relief from the heat? Thank you very much!
I felt the temperature about 5°C cooler in Valencia compared to Dumaguete. But it also started to rain in Valencia. I have no long term experience.
