Canada here too. Wanted a e91 335 for ever, and decided to built mine. 6mt manual, full loaded with m pack, individual sound, comfort, leather, sport pack, executive pack. Andddd a full 335xi 6mt swap with a 6262 single turbo. Will be on the Canadian roads spring 2024.
I'm posting on e90post in general section for now, but planning to start a built thread when time comes to share my lessons learned. Last weekend the engine was back in the car, turbo is in too. The rear is done, subframe and poly bushing are in. So far the only road block was to wait for the clutch, twindisk on a 6bolt n54 seems to have huge lead time. I need to reconnect all the wiring and hoses, planning a good 8-16h of work before 1st start. Can't wait. After the big retrofit work will start, since my E91 is not fully loaded, but my 335 is. retrofitting the comfort access and individual sound system will be a pain. E91 got the CCC, and the CIC swap it pretty simple. LCI conversion is an other game, rear bumpers are not the same, and good luck finding a E91 m sport, cut and weld will be. wonder if I should have go with a import too. Probably not, since my e91 no rust highmileage was 3500$ and my low mileage 335 7k$. Planning to sell around 3k$ of parts. Are you planning to post more vid on your wagon ? subbed
