Ito worship the god of Abraham and I am also not Jewish. It took me a second when she said the way back of the Bible we find Ezra and Nehemiah. Of course because they don’t believe that Jesus is the son of God like I do. But with times being how they are, that’s all gonna change and then not too distant future. My heart hurts for The Jews and the attack they’re gonna be under during those last few years. It’s so crazy watching revelation come to life

I would be careful with trying to ascribe "motive" to kings actions based on historical events only. Cyrus's move to build the temple may have resulted in more wealth through trade, but that doesn't mean that's the motive. God doesn't have a habit of speaking His word uselessly. He called out Cyrus by name and revealed His word in a powerful way to Cyrus. That may have been the primary motive and the trade become the blessing after his obedience.

Emperor Julian in the 3rd Century, failed to rebuild the Jewish Temple ... as his known motivation was to attack the growing Christian religion in the Roman Empire.
Yeah. God definitely guided Cyrus, but not Julian.

Has it ever crossed your mind that Cyrus the great and other great early Persian kings helped the Jews to build their temple because of their own religion (Zoroastrianism)???
Cyrus the great referred to the God's of different people within his empire where 65-70% of the world's population lived!
He abolished slavery and declared the first charter of human rights in civilized history 550 B.C which proves he was way ahead of his time in terms of morals and acceptance.
All of that because of his belief in Ahura Mazda, but he had no issues with people crediting their own God under his reign as he always referred to them.

Jesus love you, he died on the cross for you, accept him as your lord and savior he can change everything. For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life" (Jn 3:16"
But you must repent too. From that time Jesus went about preaching and saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin, for the kingdom of heaven is near. (Matthew 4:17)…

"Then she came to her people carrying him (the baby). They said, "0 Maryam (Marie) you have come out with something grave indeed.
0 sister of Harun, neither your father was a man of evil nor was your mother unchaste."
So she pointed towards him (the baby). They said, "How shall we speak to someone who is yet a child in the cradle?"
Spoke he (the baby), "Verily I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Book and made me a prophet, and He has made me a blessed one wherever I be, and has enjoined Salah (prayer) and Zakah (charity) upon me as long as I am alive, and (He has made me) good to my mother, and he did not make me oppressive nor ill-fated. And peace is upon me the day I was born, the day I shall die, and the day I shall be raised alive again." That is ` Isa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Marie) - the word of truth in which they are disputing. It is not for Allah to have a son. Pure is He. When He decides a thing He simply says to it, "Be" and it comes to be. And Allah is surely my Lord and your Lord. So, worship Him. This is the straight path.
Then the groups among them fell in dispute. So, woe to the disbelievers, for they are to witness the Great Day."
      Chapter of Marie. QURAN

    Miss/Madam,
I have been watching the whole series of the videos that you made on the topic of Jewish history (havent finished totally). I must say these videos provide me a great knowledge about the ancient history of Jewish people according to their scriptures. Thanks a lot for this series of videos.
However, I would like to point out, there are several inconsistencies (or, contradictions) in the timeline you say (eg. At 4:12 , you mentioned 50 years after the end of construction of the second temple (ie, 516 BCE, as you also mentioned) - so it should be around 466 BCE, but in the video you showed the year 566 BCE, which creates problem/confusion for new learner like me. There were several inconsistencies in the timeline in the previous videos also (where the time of occurrence of an event varied between two videos). Please clarify the actual timeline in the comment section. It will help me a lot.
Thanks again for this amazing series. It really helped me a lot to gather key info about the topic (all concentrated in a series of videos) and made me keenly interested in the topic.

Cyrus the great and other early Persian kings helped the Jews rebuild their temple and return to Jerusalem because of their belief in wisdom of Ahura Mazda (Zoroastrianism).
Cyrus the great always referred to the God's of many different people within Persia out of respect for other religions under his reign which was the right thing to do.
Cyrus the great was well ahead of his time in 550 B.C in terms of wisdom, morals and social acceptance. He also abolished slavery and declared the first charter of human rights in civilzed history!

      Angel Sanchez
I am not sure that our Beloved Husband Redeemer, Yeshua Ha'Moshiach, Christ Jesus will feel the way you do about that stance. Of course He Is Messiah.. but 1st to the Jew.. and then also to the gentile..
None of us are worthy of this Grace of Redemption, beloved Angel. Not one. But our Heavenly Father's Heart is Pledged to the True Israel.. just as He Promised the Salvation of Egypt and the Nations. No Nation is more likely to produce an End Times Harvest than this People.. for a People is not the political powers, nor even their clergy.. otherwise every single one of us would be Condemned to everlasting hell, dear friend.
Yes. Jesus Was, Is and Ever Shall Be Salvation by Name and Nature, but His Heavenly Father's Will is For the Propitiation that Christ Secured for each one of us who recognize our need for our Savior.. No constraints on the Sovereign Mercy of Almighty G0D our Heavenly Father.. once we find His Propitiation at the Cross of Christ Jesus.
I understand the reservation that the Church has towards apostate Judaism, but it is the Entire Body and Bride of Christ that must Remain faithful and vigilant and Active towards the Presentation of the Gospel. It is Not our job to set things in Stone regarding entire lineages of His Creation and Heart's Desire. Moses will Judge Apostate Jacob. Jesus Himself says that to the Pharisees. They will be judged by Mosaic Law. 613 Laws that had to be expanded beyond the Original 10, because humans are troublesome and irresponsible by nature, poorly comprehending the Fragility of mortal life.. much less the Requisite Integrity for an immortal One.
So whenever I'm tempted to Cut Off an entire People or Generation, I remember that our Lord's Holy Angels would have spared even Sodom, Gomorrah and the other 3 cities in the plains of the now Dead Sea.. for the sake of 10 righteous souls! That's only 2 folks per city! That is a Very Patient Creator, my friend.
The Judgement, therefore, Remains His, and His Witness is Yeshua as to the ones who have come to Him with a True and contrite heart. So I will still pray for Israel.. if you don't mind.. or even if you disagree with me on that.. it's okay. I believe that if I can be delivered from my own sins and desires for my own will Over His.. there's Hope for even the most recalcitrant Jonah.
The Earth is The LORD's and All It contains.
No Revision or Update can Change His LOVE for this creation.. but some of us will be relocated to a place more commensurate with our own needs of separation from His Flocks.
I pray your Christmas is a Joy Filled One, and that your home and hearth are Blessed in abundance. That you are well. That those whom you pray for are in Rightstanding Before the Throne of our Beloved Lord Jesus & our Holy Heavenly Father's Celestial Court. Peace be with you, according to the Power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

      Angel Sanchez
"They" are no different than the rest of humanity, Angel. They must seek and find. They are still His People, just as YHWH is the Creator of the heavens and earth, and therefore, the earth Is the LORD's and All It contains.
The Resurrection of the saints will also entail the resurrection of the willfully Lost, according to the book of Revelation, so some of the folks who are teaching their perspectives on " the Jews" may have lost track of the Love and Covenant of Christ, who did everything 1st for the Jews, and then for the Gentiles, who each have been personally held accountable to the Holy Spirit for their own faith and actions.
There is no Directive from Jesus to condemn His People en mass. None.
How do we answer our own Lord if we presume to do so in direct opposition to the Command of our Heavenly Father & our Lord Jesus? All I really know is that They Love us each and all.. until our Salvation.. or our refusal and our judgement.
So I will applaud this articulate, intelligent young woman for sharing her information with 'me', regardless of the circumstances of her own personal circumstances. There are too many lovely Jewish souls who have been indoctrinated by their own rabbis, for me to throw stones.. but you got right ahead and throw them at me. I'm a pretty big girl, and relatively brave, so have at it.. but remember Who the Good Shepherd really Is.
He's the One Who Isn't throwing rocks.. 💛

I'm sorry. I gotta laugh. The blood clot theory is straight out of Mesopotamian stories and biochemically, it doesn't hold water, sweetie. I'm not being rude or religious on this.. just honest. My BS is in Biology and my postgraduate degree is in Medicine, so go bark about blood and aliens to someone else.. ok? Because I'm not buying what you are trying to sell. I'm not hostile to the concept that there have been.. and More Importantly ARE NOW sentient individuals who are tampering with our genomes.. but I really am not a believer in anything or anyone who uses Humanity as Test Subjects, rather than Loving us as our Creator.
So move along, sweetie. I'm just not a fan of Reverse Engineering for the Sake of Enslaving Humanity.. and neither is my God.

This was really insightful! Could you do one on Isaiah 53?

    • @YeshuaIsTheTruth
      @YeshuaIsTheTruth 4 ปีที่แล้ว +8

@Eilene the Sojourner Why did Isaiah say "All we like sheep have gone astray"?
Why did he say, "He was despised, and we did not esteem him?"
"He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities"?
Mind you this is the word that the Lord HaShem gave to His servant Isaiah/Yeshahu.
"All nations whom You have made shall come and worship before You, O Lord, And they shall glorify Your Name." That's Psalm 86:9.
We all, Jews and Gentiles have fallen short of the glory of God, which is why He sent Yeshua to be sacrificed for an atonement offering on Passover. Some Jewish Pharisees and King Herod wanted Yeshua dead, but they didn't have the power to execute him because they were under Roman rule. The Romans are the ones who actually killed him. It wasn't until nearly 300 years later that Constantine declared Christianity the official religion of Rome. But it wasn't true Christianity. He, along with others, added in all sorts of pagan holidays and rituals that have nothing to due with the Bible.
True Christianity on the other hand has everything to do with prophecy in the TaNaKh. Psalm 22 is a perfect example of the crucifixion that Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John wrote about. Yeshua is the Jewish Messiah, friend.

    • @YeshuaIsTheTruth
      @YeshuaIsTheTruth 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

@Eilene the Sojourner Yeshua is the son of David. He's coming back again. The Catholics made Jesus something he never was and they (as well as others) did horrible things to the Jewish people and used Jesus as an excuse. But they were going against Jesus' very commands. Jesus said the two greatest commandments are "Love your God above all else, and love your neighbor as yourself". He quoted the Ve'Ahavta from Deuteronomy. All of Jesus' commands were in line with Torah.
Please, read Genesis 3, Psalm 2, Psalm 22, and Isaiah 53.
Look, I considered changing my religion to Orthodox Judaism, but there is just too much scripture in the TaNaKh that points to Yeshua, Son of David. I wouldn't bother anyone else with it if there weren't.

Technically, it was '70 years' exile, according to the prophet Daniel's understanding of Jeremiah's prophecies in Daniel 9:1-2 and the prophecy revealed to Daniel by the Archangel Gabriel in the '70 Weeks' prophecy of the same chapter. Daniel 9:24-27 with verses 24-25 showing the rebuilding of what became the second temple.
Ezra was a great deal more important than many realize and I'm surprised you didn't mention how high up he was in not only King Artaxerxes court but also that of Darius' also. You credited Ezra with authorship of I & 2 Chronicles and the book of Malachi at the close of your presentation, but did you know that it is very possible that Ezra also authored the first 6 chapters of the book of Daniel as well as related or narrated most likely, Daniel's prophecies in the rest of the book of Daniel as well. [Scholars have wrongly assigned the authorship of the book of Daniel to around 200BC or to Antiochus IV Epiphanes era on the strength of an assumption that the end of chapter 11 of Daniel was inaccurate about Antiochus' death - but what the scholars have failed to realize is that Daniel 11:40 through to Daniel 12:7 is covering Vespasian's and his son Titus' military campaigns and Vespasians' death - not that of Antiochus IV Epiphanes at all. Refer to Wikipedia article Titled; 'Book of Daniel 'under the headings, 'Authorship' and 'Dating']
If you read or study the the book of Ezra very closely you'll see that Ezra also had some authority over the Prophet Zechariah's grandfather Iddo who seemingly had some sort of academy or school for priests apparently, at a place called Casiphia:
    Ezra 8:7 [KJV]
"And I sent them with commandment unto Iddo the chief at the place Casiphia, and I told them what they should say unto Iddo, and to his brethren the Nethinims, at the place Casiphia, that they should bring unto us ministers for the house of our God."
Ezra's book relates that the two prophets Zechariah and Haggai played a vital role in turning the people of the post Babylonian captivity back to God in the rebuilding to of the second Temple:
"Then the prophets, Haggai the prophet, and Zechariah the son of Iddo, prophesied unto the Jews that were in Judah and Jerusalem in the name of the God of Israel, even unto them." [Ezra 5:1 KJV]
"And the elders of the Jews builded, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they builded, and finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel, and according to the commandment of Cyrus, and Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia." [Ezra 6:14 KJV]
Although there were other Zechariah's around at the time as it was a fairly common name among those who returned after the Babylonian captivity of the Jews - Zechariah the prophet, introduces himself in his own prophetic book as the grandson of Iddo in the first chapter, as follows:
"In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the Lord unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying," [Zechariah 1:1]
In the book of Daniel, the Author of the first 6 chapters [that the Wikipedia sources call 'the court tales' supposedly written around 200BC and, a product of 'Mystical' writings of that era] emphasized at the end of the 6th chapter, that Daniel lived and prospered through the reign of Darius and Cyrus as well - but how could anyone living around 200 BC possibly know that detail?
"So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius, and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian." [Daniel 6:21 KJV]
The 9th chapter of Daniel opens with the '70 weeks prophecy' [Daniel 9:24-27] foretelling of the Roman invasion and destruction of the city of Jerusalem and the second temple [i.e. 'the sanctuary'] after the Messiah's time by a 'prince' [Vespasian was not yet emperor when he invaded] of a people yet to come [Romans] being given to Daniel in the first year of Darius' reign.
Verses 26-27 of Daniel's 70 week prophecy even describes what the later Jewish historian Josephus who was a military captive of Vespasian's son, Titus - referred to as the 'wars of the Jews' in his accounts of the destruction of Jerusalem and the second temple.
What many don't realize is that Ezra had access to other prophets writings in addition to I and II kings than just those that eventually made it into the 'official 'Jewish canon - as the book of 2 Chronicles shows in multiple places. 2 Chronicles 12:15 is just one example - so its not impossible for Ezra to have been in possession of Daniel's prophetic writings and introduced them in the first 6 chapter background material on Daniel and his three fellow captives, who were taken as young children from Royal Jewish families [ to be re-educated/indoctrinated to serve the Babylonian Kings in their courts]
Wikipedia sources in the 'Book of Daniel' article - state that well educated Jew of high standing, most likely wrote the book of Daniel and Ezra fits that description perfectly - not some unknown or 'anonymous 'author in 200BC mystical writings of the 'Wisdom' Circles:
    Authorship
"Daniel is a product of "Wisdom" circles, but the type of wisdom is mantic (the discovery of heavenly secrets from earthly signs) rather than the wisdom of learning-the main source of wisdom in Daniel is God's revelation.[35][36] It is one of a large number of Jewish apocalypses, all of them pseudonymous.[37] The stories of the first half are legendary in origin, and the visions of the second the product of anonymous authors in the Maccabean period (2nd century BCE).[5] Chapters 1-6 are in the voice of an anonymous narrator, except for chapter 4 which is in the form of a letter from king Nebuchadnezzar; the second half (chapters 7-12) is presented by Daniel himself, introduced by the anonymous narrator in chapters 7 and 10.[38]
The author/editor was probably an educated Jew, knowledgeable in Greek learning, and of high standing in his own community. It is possible that the name of Daniel was chosen for the hero of the book because of his reputation as a wise seer in Hebrew tradition.[39] Ezekiel, who lived during the Babylonian exile, mentioned him in association with Noah and Job (Ezekiel 14:14) as a figure of legendary wisdom (28:3), and a hero named Daniel (more accurately Dan'el, but the spelling is close enough for the two to be regarded as identical) features in a late 2nd millennium myth from Ugarit.[40] "The legendary Daniel, known from long ago but still remembered as an exemplary character ... serves as the principal human 'hero' in the biblical book that now bears his name"; Daniel is the wise and righteous intermediary who is able to interpret dreams and thus convey the will of God to humans, the recipient of visions from on high that are interpreted to him by heavenly intermediaries.[41] "
To reach the high position that he attained in the Persian courts Ezra would have needed to be fluent in both Aramaic and Hebrew as well as the Persian and possibly Syrian languages to know the contents of that letter as it's clear that Ezra had great authority among the Persians, given to him by King Ataxerxes in that 'Letter' you quoted in your presentation. [Ezra 4:7 presumably] But the letter in Ezra 7:11 [The entire Chapter] shows the great extent of Ezra's authority given him over not Just the Jews but the peoples of the Persian Empire as well by King Artaxerxes.

      @Curtis Veillon Hi Curtis
I don't often get replies to my comments. My youngest son says I'm wasting my time commenting on you tube vids as nobody would read lengthy comments anyway :)
You are correct that Abraham was a Hebrew. The Jews have seemingly always claimed they are all of Israel [Hebrews] when they are not [ Ezekiel 11:15] but many prophecies including the one in Ezekiel 11:16-20 show that God has something 'major' planned for the other ten tribes, nevertheless. The tribes of Judah and Benjamin and the Levitical priesthood were those that were separated from Israel and became the Jews - seemingly because of King Solomon's unfaithfulness to God towards the end of his life when he apparently favoured his wives and/or concubines religions as 1Kings 11:1-13 shows but the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite In I kings 30-37 reveals some details that are pertinent to prophecies concerning the modern day nations of Ephraim in other prophets writings but I don't know if this commentary section will allow full coverage of those here so I'll just quote Ahijah's prophecy here:
"And Ahijah caught the new garment that was on him, and rent it in twelve pieces:
And he said to Jeroboam, Take thee ten pieces: for thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel, Behold, I will rend the kingdom out of the hand of Solomon, and will give ten tribes to thee:
(But he shall have one tribe for my servant David's sake, and for Jerusalem's sake, the city which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel:)
Because that they have forsaken me, and have worshipped Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, Chemosh the god of the Moabites, and Milcom the god of the children of Ammon, and have not walked in my ways, to do that which is right in mine eyes, and to keep my statutes and my judgments, as did David his father.
Howbeit I will not take the whole kingdom out of his hand: but I will make him prince all the days of his life for David my servant's sake, whom I chose, because he kept my commandments and my statutes:
But I will take the kingdom out of his son's hand, and will give it unto thee, even ten tribes.
And unto his son will I give one tribe, that David my servant may have a light alway before me in Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen me to put my name there.
And I will take thee, and thou shalt reign according to all that thy soul desireth, and shalt be king over Israel." I kings 11:30-37
Notice that the Jews/tribe of Judah were not Israel from that point onwards but the other ten [Hebrew] tribes were and, what is interesting here - was that Jeroboam was already in charge of the the 'House of Joseph' as verses 28 shows:
"And the man Jeroboam was a mighty man of valour: and Solomon seeing the young man that he was industrious, he made him ruler over all the charge of the house of Joseph."
The House of Joseph tribes were composed of Ephraim and Manasseh - the two presumably half Egyptian sons of Joseph that the patriarch Jacob/Israel adopted as his own and said let my name [Israel] be named on them:
"The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth." [Genesis 48:16]
Although the Jews are scattered all over the Earth currently and there are most probably more in New York city in the USA than there are in the modern Israeli /Jewish state - they still hardly constitute 'a Multitude' in the midst of the Earth. But the House of Joseph tribes were to become 'a nation and a company of nations' with 'kings' ruling over them and Ephraim was to be the greater Company of Nations even though Joseph was displeased at his father's choice:
"And Joseph said unto his father, Not so, my father: for this is the firstborn; put thy right hand upon his head.
And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations.
And he blessed them that day, saying, In thee shall Israel bless, saying, God make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh: and he set Ephraim before Manasseh." [Genesis 48:18-20]
It's interesting that you mentioned that Abraham 'followed' the priesthood of Melchizedec - because the apostle Paul went to great lengths to explain that Jesus was seemingly actually Melchizedec in person - that appeared to Abraham before there even was a nation of Israel.
Paul explained that Melchizedec was an immortal who was also King of Salem [Genesis 14:18, Hebrews 7:1] - which presumably later became named Jerusalem at some point down the track of history and the true 'permanent' high priest of God also:
"Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually." [Hebrews 7:3]
Jesus tried to tell the Jewish religious leaders of His day that He existed 'before ' Abraham and actually alluded to Himself as being the I AM [of Exodus 3:13-15 ] as follows:
"Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.
Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?
Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.
Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by." [John 8:55-59]
Apparently they fully understood Jesus was claiming to be God - which to them was of course Blasphemy - punishable by stoning to death.
You are also correct that [most] Christians have been duped into admiring the religion of Judaism derived from the existing religious orders of Jesus' days that the Gospel author Matthew recorded Jesus 'condemned' in no uncertain terms in Matthew 23:1-33 and even gave the reasons for the destruction of their second Temple as being the future persecution of all the New Testament Authors and even their beatings in Jewish synogogues and in some cases deaths also - of all those Jesus would send to warn of that impending destruction of the second Temple where apparently the Jewish religious leaders of Jesus' day's forefathers/ancestors murdered the prophet Zechariah, near the Altar:
"Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar
Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation."

      @Eilene the Sojourner Hi Eilene
Are you aware that modern scholars seemingly regard the book of Daniel as a mythological book written around 200 BC in the time of Antiochus IV Epiphanes and not its true 6th century setting?
Look up the article at Wikipedia titled: "Book of Daniel" under the headings; 'Authorship & Dating 'respectively - where you'll see that what modern scholars based their conclusions of Daniel's 11th chapter prophecy's ending's assumed 'inaccuracy' - was because they think it to be covering Antiochus' death at the end of chapter 11 in verse 45.
A friend of mine in the USA who is a biblical scholar of long standing - first pointed out to me that Daniel 11:40-45 was actually covering Vespasian's and Titus' military campaigns and Vespasian's death - not that of Antiochus IV Epiphanes as the scholars assert. So I can't lay claim to what my friend showed me as being any special insight coming from my meagre understandings of scripture.
FYI and anyone else's information - Jesus and all the apostles including Paul - who was well educated in the Jewish faith and one of the most devout Jews of that era - until his amazing conversion on the road to Damascus [Acts 9:1-9] - taught exclusively out of the Old Testament Scripture - there was no New Testament scripture at all at that time - not until those Jesus would send to warn of the destruction of the second Temple [Matthew 23:34] began to record their testimonies and experiences in all the various the writings of the New Testament Authors - later down the track - sometime after Jesus' crucifixion.
So....... when the Apostle Paul said the following:
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works." [2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV] the verse before those two indicates that Paul was referring to the Old Testament 'holy' scriptures - because clearly, Timothy was only brought up under the Old Testament at that point in time:
"And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus." [2 Timothy 3:15 KJV]
Jesus Himself was from the Tribe of Judah as the New Testament shows in a number of places and was therefore a Jew - and actually a very devout one seemingly because He and His disciples Kept all the Hebrew Holy days Annual Sabbaths and observed the seventh day Sabbath also and when He was talking to the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well - Jesus made this extraordinary statement in answer to her question about where God the Father should be worshiped:
"Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." [John 4:22-24 KJV]
Modern Christianity has long been divided itself as who or what the Godhead really is and the Trinity Idea is just that - a notion by some - apparently the majority of Evangelical teachers, in the modern world - that God is composed of three persons in one - yet Jesus never said to Worship the Holy Spirit - only to worship the Father.
The Jews worship the Father but deny the Son of God - as having existed before His human birth [John 1: 1-18 KJV] to Mary - but the apostle Paul said the reason for that denial was basically that [spiritual] blindness had fallen on the Jews who were indeed part of Israel [not all of it] but ultimately they too will be saved along with the rest of Israel as the prophets show in a number of OT prophetic books:
"For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins." [Romans 11:25-27 KJV]
I generally quote from the KJV as I basically only had that English version since around age 15 but neither of my parents ever taught me about God or the bible.
But I've found the NIV bible to be very helpful for its cross referencing system that KJV versions lack - since it was my friend Clay Willis* who mainly used that version when we were communicating together since around 2002-3 AD and, the NIV explains it better about the Apostle Paul's dissertation about the Spiritual blindness of the Jews - so I'll use that here and cover Paul's recommendation that Christians should be mindful about not being arrogant about their faith:
"Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious. But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their full inclusion bring!
I am talking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I take pride in my ministry in the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them. For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? If the part of the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches.
If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you. You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.” Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but tremble. For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either.
Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off. And if they do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree!" [Romans 11:11-24 NIV]
Note that I've removed the Roman Catholic cardinal's numbering system** for chapters and verses as I do with the KJV because I feel it reads more smoothly that way and all quotes copied are directly from biblegateway's bible library site. :)
** Refer to Wikipedia article Titled; 'Chapters and verses of the bible' because all bibles, including Jewish ones, adopted that system of numbering chapters and verses by two 1200's AD Cardinals for study and reference purposes presumably - but the some critics/scholars admit that it is divided somewhat erratically and often at inappropriate places in the texts:
"Cardinal Hugo de Sancto Caro is often given credit for first dividing the Latin Vulgate into chapters in the real sense, but it is the arrangement of his contemporary and fellow cardinal Stephen Langton who in 1205 created the chapter divisions which are used today. They were then inserted into Greek manuscripts of the New Testament in the 16th century. Robert Estienne (Robert Stephanus) was the first to number the verses within each chapter, his verse numbers entering printed editions in 1551 (New Testament) and 1571 (Hebrew Bible).[21]
The division of the Bible into chapters and verses has received criticism from some traditionalists and modern scholars. Critics state that the text is often divided in an incoherent way, or at inappropriate rhetorical points, and that it encourages citing passages out of context. Nevertheless, the chapter and verse numbers have become indispensable as technical references for Bible study. "

@@bryanrendleman2001 @Bryan Rendleman Yep and Jesus warned them via the Gospel authors and all those he would send 'before' the 'end of the Age' which occurred in 70AD.
I.e. Old Testament age - not our modern age as so many seems to think - with their 'doomsday' or 'End of the World' scenarios.
I'd never been able to figure out why most think all of Matthew 24 is covering the End of our modern age - when it is clearly not. It didn't make logical sense to me that Jesus' apostles would be inquiring about an age nearly 2000 years into their future.
That is until I read the Wikipedia article Titled: "Chapters and verses of the bible" and came to the heading 'Christian versions' near the end of the article - when everything fell into place as I read about the chapters and verses numbering system being somewhat random to a degree and erratic.
When you understand that little bit of info - never mind that it just happened to be 2 Roman Catholic cardinals that came up with that system for study and reference purposes, no doubt - as it wouldn't have made any difference if scholars had done so - it opens up a whole new perspective that makes you take a closer look at the scriptures - which is not a bad thing to do anyways. :)
A 'closer look' reveals that the real beginning of Matthew 24 is towards the end of Mathew 23 starting about verse 33 - subject-wise at least or with regard to prophetic content - showing what the fate of the second temple would be and 'why' it would be destroyed - that being as Matthew 23:34-36 below shows - i.e. not only the deaths of The New testament authors and all those Jesus would send to warn the religious leaders of the day that their 'house' would be left desolate - basically because they would persecute beat up the messengers in their synagogues and even kill and crucify them - but also they were apparently the descendants of their forefathers that killed the prophets in the past [Matthew 29-31] and the blood of the prophets would be required of that age including Zechariah's being murdered in that very temple as he apparently was according to Matthew's account . And, further, there's also Jesus' parable about the Vineyard owner covering what the owner would do to those who beat up and killed the vineyard owner’s servants and then eventually His Son and very clearly, evidently, the chief priests and Parasees knew he was referring to or implicating them - by their reactions to that parable - so a very prophetic parable as it turned out in the first century AD up until 70 AD when the End came: [Matthew 21:33-46]
"Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. [Matthew 23:34-36 KJV]
From verse 33 that I've opened with, seems in fact, to be the 'intro' to the Olivet prophecy of chapter 24 - but a new prophecy regarding our modern age starts towards the end of Matthew 24 and runs over into all of Matthew 25 but because of Matthew 25’s length I’ll just quote the opening intro to Matthew 25 here from Matthew 24 as follows:
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
The prophet Ezekiel confirms Jesus would come ‘from the east’ to the ‘house’ where His throne will be and where his feet will rest - and He lights up the holy land as He does so as he travels from Mount of Olives west of mount Zion over to Mount Zion in Ezekiel 43:1-2 and Both Isaiah 2:1-4 and Micah 4:1-3 show Jesus ruling from ‘the house of the Lord’ and ‘the house of the God of Jacob’.

@Eilene the Sojourner waitwait, imitation OT? Is that your way of insulting the Christian Bible?
Firstly, the old Testament was written in Hebrew no matter whose version of the Bible you may be reading. While some translations may use the greek as their source documents, the original sources were always Hebrew and a majority of Christian Bible translations are based on the original Hebrew source manuscripts , often the masoretic text, throughout the OT, so it's not like they're writing some fake Bible in imitation of Jewish scripture and calling it the OT. They just changed the book order and added the New Testament. Torah is torah and the OT is still the OT whether it's read from the KJV or the Tanakh.
Secondly, why be rude about Christianity for no good reason? It's not like we're serving different Gods. While there may be a lot of misled Christians, I daresay there are plenty of misled Jews in this world as well. That doesn't mean Judaism is useless, or that Christianity is. Why can't we just be friends and work together? We disagree on a few points of scripture. I disagree with plenty of Christians, too, but that doesn't mean I stop loving them.

@Eilene the Sojourner Okay... You remind me of a Noahide.
Whether you're calling him God or Yahweh or Elohim or Hashem or G-d, I totally agree that he is one and he is the only one to be worshiped as a God. I think Christians misunderstand the Divine Council to be their Trinity, and I don't believe in any triune godhead. I know a lot of Christians disagree with me, but the Bible doesn't.
As for errors in translation, yes, there are errors. But then again, there are still errors in the Jewish Bibles as well. They don't have the original scrolls, either, and they have to take it on faith that the same sources we use, which they also use, are truly inspired and correct.
As for the ordering of the books, both orderings make sense in their own ways, and other orderings make sense as well, such as pure chronological ordering. This doesn't make them inherently wrong. I find them both useful.
I think the ultimate truth lies somewhere in between Judaism and Christianity, but I know for a fact that most of the members of both groups must be wrong in a lot of small but important ways.

Isaiah wrote in 44 ...Who says of Cyrus, ‘He is My shepherd,
And he shall perform all My pleasure,
Saying to Jerusalem, “You shall be built,”
And to the temple, “Your foundation shall be laid.” ’
    Context:
Isaiah 44:24-28 - Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer,
And He who formed you from the womb:
“I am the LORD, who makes all things,
Who stretches out the heavens all alone,
Who spreads abroad the earth by Myself; Who frustrates the signs of the babblers,
    And drives diviners mad;
    Who turns wise men backward,
And makes their knowledge foolishness; Who confirms the word of His servant,
    And performs the counsel of His messengers;
Who says to Jerusalem, ‘You shall be inhabited,’
To the cities of Judah, ‘You shall be built,’
And I will raise up her waste places; Who says to the deep, ‘Be dry!
And I will dry up your rivers’; Who says of Cyrus, ‘He is My shepherd,
And he shall perform all My pleasure,
Saying to Jerusalem, “You shall be built,”
And to the temple, “Your foundation shall be laid.” ’

The pope brings idols of other gods into the vatican like pachamama. The episcopalians mary g*ys, which the bible forbids. But the worse one you believe God was a man, when he clearly states that he isn't. Jesus admits so many times that the father is greater, jesus was a practicing jew.

Yes it is. However, I’m going to guess that the common English pronunciation as I learned it is not correct. Probably the video didn’t pronounce it right either.
We get it as close as we can, assuming the English alphabet can make it clear enough to get it right. I know, I love the traditional English ways it was pronounced. But if I’ve learned anything about languages, without good training in the language, I can’t get it right.

She did not pronounce it the way it was pronounced for decades in church where I was growing up. And every evangelical Protestant church I’ve been to pronounces it the way I do. And I doubt very seriously if the ancient Hebrews pronounced it that way.
Likely, she’s pronouncing it like American Jews would pronounce. I don’t know her, so I wouldn’t want to presume too much.

    • @larrytruelove7112

      @Eilene the Sojourner
Is pronunciation important? I have no difficulty with the various pronunciations. In Spanish Churches, French churches, etc, the OT Hebrew names would all be different from one another. That’s not that important to me. Interesting, but not worth arguing over.
It makes for interesting conversation, but I really don’t care. In 1600, near the beginning of the renaissance,
“Wrong” is relative. Hebrew had completely died out until modern times. Hebrew was spoken only by scholars. Hebrew as a vernacular language was not revived until the 20th century. Jewish people spoke a variety of western languages, depending upon where they lived.
The Greek NT names many OT Jewish patriarchs and the NT shows Greek the influence, partly because Greek orthography didn’t have all of the Hebrew sounds, or couldn’t pronounce them if they did.

Lady you are extremely good at explaining. The first time I have ever subscribed to anything is this presentation. I don't care what qualifications you have or don't have. You are the best or among the best. Some are educated so much, (or it is their culture) that they explain too much, where most of their explanation is OUT of the answer; with just very little on the answer to the question.
When are you doing something on the 70 weeks of Daniel 9? Or have you done it already? I need to see where does it show the Angel predicting that the Jews returned to Jerusalem in 516 BCE? I am going to listen to Rabbi Tovia and Scobac again.

    • @InTheGarden1960
      @InTheGarden1960 3 ปีที่แล้ว

Tovia and Scobac are just regurgitating what the modern Church teaches which are falsehoods. Daniels 70 weeks have been taught by many to mean the last week hasn't happened yet, but they are liars and teach lies. The 70 weeks has to do with Christs birth, his age of 20 years old going from town to town sitting in the synagogues and learning and teaching. If you take the 1335 days referred to as then end and minus the 45 years between 1290 days/years and 1335 days/years it brings one to the 1290 days, the year of Christ's crucifixion the year of 25ad, continuing on we still have the 1260 days/years by subtracting the 30 days/year spread we find it coming to -5bce as this is when Christ entered the Royal Priest hood of Melchizedek at 20 years old which was required of him. going back 20 more years brings us to 25bce, the birth of Christ of the King written in the heavens on September 11-13, 25bce. Or You can say Tishri 1, . This can be proven as Christ and his mother would have had to go through the laws of Child birth and of women. I have a play list on my channel for truths you may not know or even understand, that the Temple is the spirit in one's own body, Christ speaks of this over and over in the NT.

The Binding of Issac, confirms the Messiah is the Only Begotten Son of God The Father who will be sent to be the FINAL sacrifice for forgiveness of sins to satisfy God's just nature to punish all who sin. And we all will sin ... because we all are descended from Adam & Eve.
The First Temple was destroyed because the Jews rejected God and defiled the Temple with idols & prostitutes.
But the Jews repented their sins against God, and the Temple ws rebuilt 70 years later.
It has been nearly 2000 years .... since the Romans got so pissed off with the Jews believing a Messiah will save them from their enemies ... and completely destroyed the Temple, expelled the Jews from the land, and renamed it Palestine.
What sin did the Jews commit 2000 years ago, that they refuse to repent.
Why wasn't Emperor Julian in the 3rd Century, able to rebuild the Temple ... when his motivation was to attack the growing Christian religion in the Roman Empire?
Why isn't the Jewish State of Israel, able to rebuild the Temple?
Again. Genesis in the original Hebrew clearly reveals God is the Father, Son & Spirit and they are one God. The Messiah was never going to be a military leader who will defeat the Romans. God sent his only begotten Son, to be a sin sacrifice to save all "sinners" from God's just nature.
God abandoned the first & second Temples before they were destroyed.
There will not be a 3rd Temple ... as Jesus Christ is the final sacrifice to save eternal souls ... and the Temple is now simply the People of the Faith ... or ... God's Chosen people( Jew or Gentile).
Rabbis have completely got God, the Messiah & God's Chosen People wrong. And it all starts with the first verse of the first chapter of the first book of the Tanakh ... where Rabbis refuse to believe God could be a Father & a Son .. and they are One God.

✝️THE GLORY OF GOD WILL NOT RETURN IN A PHYSICAL TEMPLE✝️
Building a physical temple of dead stones is useless, for the glory of God fled from the temple to the mount of olives as Ezekiel teaches in his vision because of the evils, and Jeremiah teaches that it became a den of thieves (as Jesus also said when he cleansed the temple) and that it will never come back, happening the same thing that happened in Shiloh:
    Jeremiah 7
11 Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it, saith the Lord.
12 But go ye now unto my place which was in Shiloh, where I set my name at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel.
    13 And now, because ye have done all these works, saith the Lord, and I spake unto you, rising up early and speaking, but ye heard not; and I called you, but ye answered not;
14 Therefore will I do unto this house, which is called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh.
We must also remember that for the presence of God to be in that temple, the throne of God, the ark of the covenant, which is lost, would have to be in the most holy place, and another ark cannot be made, because there would be 2 thrones for God, and it would also need to have the 10 commandments given to Moses, Aaron's rod, and the Manna that he sent from heaven during the Exodus.
In the days of Jesus, the temple was without the glory of God, it did not have the ark in the Holy of Holies, there was no Shekinah, nor manifestations of God in the Temple, but Jesus, the living temple, where "THE GLORY OF GOD" IS PERSONIFIED AND MANIFESTED (for the holy spirit of God was in him), was the one who visited in the Temple its inhabitants, and returned to the Mount of Olives to rest and teach, being welcomed in the house of Martha, in Bethany.
Therefore, it makes no sense to build a literal temple, because the glory of God will not return in it as promised, because we do not have the ark of the original covenant and its contents, and because we are the temple of God, (the same temple of Ezekiel) and the spirit of God (which is the same spirit in Christ) is in us, flowing like a river of life.
This Jesus, whom God did not abandon his soul to Sheol, nor did he allow his Holy One to see corruption, this Jesus God raised up, just as David prophesied.
Nevertheless, when he had made God known, and men had seen the signs which were wrought in him by God, he was rejected, even as David prophesied:
Why do the nations rage, and the people imagine vain things?
The kings of the earth are gathered together, and the princes are gathered together as one against the Lord, and against his Christ.
And because they did not seek repentance and rejected Christ, but preferred to follow the traditions of their fathers rather than the way of God, God sent an army 40 years later as in the days of Babylon, and the city and the temple were destroyed, just as Jesus and earlier prophets such as Daniel prophesied.
This same Jesus, the begotten of God as the messianic prophecies teach, went and ascended on the Mount of Olives in a cloud to receive the Kingdom of God as described in Daniel 7, sitting at the right hand of God in heaven, as David prophesied in his Psalms, becoming the "Lord of David".
In the future the present Jerusalem, Hagar of Galatians 4, Babylon the great, will suffer the great tribulation and desolation described in Daniel and Zechariah, (caused by the foolish Shepherd, the Beast, the despicable king of Daniel 11, who will come for not having accepted that Shepherd who was weighed for his wages thirty pieces of silver as Zechariah said).
Jesus will then return a second time again from the Mount of Olives, from the East, in the great day of the Lord, (Zechariah 14 / Ezekiel 43) and all will mourn for him whom they pierced on the cross, and he will reign and remain forever with us, his bride, the living Temple, the New Jerusalem, where the name of the Lord is written on our foreheads.
    JOHN 4:
21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, WHEN YE SHALL NEITHER IN THIS MOUNTAIN, NOR YET AT JERUSALEM, worship the Father.
22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour cometh, AND NOW IS, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
When Jesus, the Branch of David, the offspring, the Cornerstone rejected by men, and with whom sin was taken away in one day as Zechariah teaches, in whom was found the fullness of the 7 spirits of God, doing the perfect will of God during his ministry, our High Priest forever after the order of Melchizedek (being superior to Aaron, to whom Abraham, father of Levi gave tithes, and who gave us the bread and wine, that is, his flesh and blood of the New Covenant) shall reign with us, living stones and priests, we will perform the true sacrifices that God seeks, which are spiritual, and we will be guides and judges of the nations without Christ, in sin, until all their enemies are under their feet, and once all enemies are defeated, Christ will deliver all things to God, so that God may be all in all.
He is LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, the shepherd who justified our sins, reconciling us to God, and united the house of Judah, the Jews, with the house of Ephraim, the exiled Gentiles, in one body, a new creation in God, making peace and destroying the differences that were in them, by following the same path to God, which is through faith and the way of Christ, who revealed the knowledge of the glory of God.
    ..........
People of the whole world, everyone who does not accept the Word of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ, whoever has ears, let him hear:
Everyone who seeks to justify himself by his own imperfect works, through God's holy law, is found guilty and is condemned to death, for we are all found sinners in it, there is no one found righteous in the law, none, no one has kept it perfectly, we are all sinners.
Seek justification and be saved through the perfect righteousness of God, which is by his mercy, through Christ, our continual sacrifice without blemish, who manifested and fulfilled his perfect will and who reconciles us to God and his way, writing his law within our hearts.
Everyone who says that he has no sin, that by his own efforts and observance of the law he will be found righteous before God, and that he does not need a redeemer or mercy, deceives himself, calls the Almighty a liar, and commits the grave error and sin of equating himself with God, the only pure, holy, and sinless forever and ever.
To all such men, in the name of the Lord I say:
REPENT OF ALL YOUR SINS AND DO NOT HARDEN YOUR HEARTS, COME OUT FROM THERE AND CLEANSE YOUR SINS WITH THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB, FOR SOON THE WRATH AND JUDGMENT OF THE LORD WILL COME AND YOUR SINS ARE PILING UP TO HEAVEN, AND GOD WILL REMEMBER YOUR INIQUITIES.
Rend your hearts and not your garments.
Turn to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, and he disregards disaster.
Who knows? God may yet be appeased, and with compassion turn from his fierce anger that you may not perish.
    -AMEN. Come, Lord Jesus.

    586 - 516BC, that's 70yrs, as prophecied.
Most of what I read was around 50yrs (with Jews returning at 538BC). But this made it clear that they returned sooner than God's planned so it had to be stopped so that the final rebuilding of Jerusalem falls on the 70th year. Amazing!

Nehemiah - Neh- hem- ya ....I’ve never heard it pronounced that way.
According to the King James Bible and the way it breaks down names of people and places it is spelled Ne-he-mi’ ah which according to my studies of how these names are pronounced it should be Née- hee -MI -uh , or Née- heh- MI - uh.
Modern English speakers always want to pronounce everything with a short vowel sound.
The King James shows where the emphasis is to be placed and in this case it is the
    MI’ where the apostrophe is.
The name starting with a consonant and then a vowel the vowel should be ‘ long ‘ sound.
Je’sus, No’ ah, Ca’ naan, Jo’ seph
Name starting with a vowel and then consonant should be ‘ short ‘ sound.
    Ad’ am, Is’ ra-el,
Name starting with vowel by itself should be ‘ long ‘ sound.
    A’ bra- ham, I’ saac, E’ sau, E’ noch

@Eilene the Sojourner It is astonishing how DUMB you people are. Total stupid uneducated idiots. Do you really believe your lunacy?
An abomination of Desolation or abomination that maketh desolate is when an unclean thing is taken into the inner-sanctum of the Temple. The last one was with a hog. The Abomination of Desolation that is to take place happens mid-point (during a 7 day event) of Tribulation and is committed by Satan. You not knowing this proves your uneducated mis-information. I have been researching this for over 25 years and I have written 2 books on it in the early to mid 90's. Plus the information in those 2 books contain a Revelation timeline - hypertexed with all references - calendar that remains accurate. I did not use someone else's research except I researched their reference work also. So take your lunacy somewhere that you can argue with Satan.

Hopefully they put it where it belongs and not on the Dome of the Rock where it never was in the first place. The Dome of the Rock House the Roman Garrison. The temple was about 600 feet away from the Dome of the Rock behind and on the same level as where the West Wall is currently. We know this because the Bible states that the temple sat on ground that you could grow things on and actually had a threshing floor. And unless you can figure out how to roll props out of stone, then that means it could not have been on the Dome of the Rock.

Nice BUT you left out the most important fact we are to to learn from these two books (Ezra & Nehemiah). You overlooked the way the priests (Levites) and Judah (King line) got infiltrated by the Canaanites even though Ezra and Nehemiah tried to purge the foreign blood from among them.
These "fakes" became the Scribes Pharisees and Saducees and later Sages of the Israelites, and are responsible for twisting the law and the truth. This is why King Josiah, (before the captivity) later Ezra and Nehemiah (after the captivity) tore they're clothes with horror.

Are you sure that the Temple was completed during the reign of Darius I? Ezra 4 recounts opposition to the rebuilding under Xerxes and Artaxerxes, who came after Darius I. It would make more sense for the Darius who found Cyrus's decree that the temple be rebuilt be Darius II, (424-404BC son of Artaxerxes I) and the Artaxerxes who sent Ezra to Jerusalem to be Artaxerxes II (404-358).

A detail missing is that the reason that they had to divorce the non Jewish wives was because they wouldn’t convert to Judaism. That historically is Jewish practice. If they had converted there was no reason to divorce but since they insisted on worshipping their own gods and not convert, they had to divorce.
