That's why The Eminem Show is and always will be his best album. He had the best messages and stories and the best lyrics on this album. Looking back at it, was this a good influence? No it sure wasn't. And I saw plenty of kids influenced by it, and yes some of that is on the parents, and some of it is on the Corporate Music Cartel knowing that controversy sells. Well, they gave us EM via Dre. And I loved it but I would NEVER EVER EVER let my kids listen to this shit.

I was 14 or 15 when Eminem Show came out. I prefer The Marshal Mathers LP but I can’t argue with you about this album. It’s basically perfect. I just felt like he was at his most unpredictable on MMLP.
