I'm 37 and my skin is pretty "normal" with no dryness or particular oily areas. I do have early signs of aging like fine lines/texture, as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I don't use fake tan, but I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have an olive undertone so my face is often a LOT lighter than my body, because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!

I don't like too much highlighter for my makeup, but the ND I Need a Nude Glow is a really great one where it gives me just the perfect amount of glow without being too sparkly or shiny, without giving my skin that oily greasy look either.
I love the CT highlighter and i love her highlighter in her instant look of love face palette, the Becca highlighter in moonstone and today i was using ND mini love eyeshadow palette and i used the light shade as a highlighter and it was gorgeous I'll definitely use that again
Love this series! I think my ideal number is 5. I like a pink, gold, champagne, cream, and a clear/gloss highlight option in my makeup stash. My favorite highlights are flexible so that they look more subtle to start, but can easily be built up.
Now if brands would stopping bringing out new stuff I could be happy with 6 highlighters for life and I have some of those that you have as well as a bunch of other favourites. Realistically I already have 10 - 12 that I rotate thru, but FOMO is the problem when something new and exciting comes on the market.

I have three of your six, big Charlotte, pink Pat and the Dior in Golden Glow. I must say I think I like the smoothness of the Dior the best
my favorite is the pmg divine rose highlighter and now i’m missing the golden nectar highlighter. i definitely want to get the dior nude glow and pink glow highlighters. i love pinky highlighters on my skin tone. i’m also missing the pillow talk highlighter as well. you always look so beautiful. 🧡
I've stopped using highlight mostly and I've replaced it with Iconic London's radiance booster .. it is sooooo beautiful !!! Very natural looking 💜
I was a bit surprised the Lisa Eldridge highlighter(s) weren't included. I'm not a big highlighter user. Like Charlotte, I don't want to wear anything that's too "caught in the headlights" glowy!

Beautiful picks. I like having a cream/liquid option as well like the cream in ND tan palette or Lisa’s Solar liquid. These tend to result in a natural, glow from within finish which I prefer for daytime.
Agree with the majority of these….. but my absolute favourite & missing from the list, possibly due to it being a liquid, is my beloved Lisa Eldridge Elevated Glow in Cosmic Rose. I could bathe in it 😍

One that's i will always reach for will be the Chanel illuminating blush powder ! For all the reasons you was talking about . Using it on top of the glow stick ( perlescent ) and no words to say 🙌😂 , i found the shade and the texture so unique, and i can use it like one product for worm the skin + blush , , for beautiful finish on top the bronzer - blush - highlighter, I'm obsessed with this one. For me The by terry twinkle glow cc highlighter is a very good one as well ❤️

I absolutely loved the CT compact but never really used it so I have it to my hair colorist ,) I have every one here and HIGHLY agree with your choices/picks with the ND Nude glow I didn’t care for it until I applied it with my Repher HL brush and only then did I see the true beauty of this one ,) I only bought the pink glow, getting the nude glow one next as it’s STUNNING !!

My favs are CT Hollywood Beauty Light Wand, the CT Superstar, and Pat McGrath the one that looks like a hockey puck twist off top and I can't remember the name of it. I love the idea of hightlight but rarely wear it LOL but naturally I keep buying them.

You probably won't see this comment from an old video...still working my way through your previous videos. But this was so helpful and forced me to count my highlighters. God help me, I have 10! Not including ones that came in a face palette. *sigh* Anyway, you really look so lovely in this video!

Out of these 6, only Dior has a shade for my vampire pale skintone. Pink Glow is a beautiful pale neutral pink and unlike Pearlescent Glow, doesn't have any glitter. My other favorites are JD Glow Cold Azz Ice, ND Super Glow in Fair and I still love Becca's Pearl
My skin tone and shade changes so much through the seasons. How many I could get away with isn't the number I'm comfortable with . Good thing we don't have to. Right?
Looking at the new Dior highlights compared to the ones they had in the metallic packaging, these appear to be smoother.
If you have the Luminizer in Pink Glow, in the metallic compact, you may not need the new Pink Glow because I have both and cannot tell them apart on the skin. The new Forever Couture formula is a pressed powder but the way it's pressed makes it virtually indistinguishable from the baked gelee Luminizer formula and the shade of pink is the same in both. It looks like the other shades in the new line are different from the Luminizers of the same name and there are a few brand new shades. Lastly, the new Pearlescent Glow shade seems to have a different formula from the others in the line. It has a white base but is full of chunky multicolored and iridescent glitter while the others are glitter free. Sorry for the long explanation!

😂. You can never be sure if I will come to work with my Pat highlighter that you gave first place to or a multi chrome highlighter that can be seen from Pluto.
I understand the desire to have a choice between multiple shades and finish, but the size of the pans baffles me. Is it even possible to finish one ?

Me too! They're all too dark for me to wear as highlighter but I've seen so many people loving Pinkgasm as blush. I really hate the packaging though. I bought her Magic Away concealer and it was always such a mess around the puff and inside the cap that it made me not even want to use it. I'm hoping the beauty wands are less messy but I doubt it

@@pamelahewlett1750 I almost bought the Spotlight highlighter sight unseen when it first came to Sephora but I'm glad I swatched it in store because it's too dark and warm for me. I'm vampire pale with a strong cool undertone and warm tones make me look sick so I can't wear the typical champagne or gold highlights that brands seem to think are universal. CT describes Spotlight as rose gold with silver so I was hoping the silvery undertone would make the rose gold more neutral but on me, there's no silver and very little rose, it's basically a warm gold. It also turned out to be too dark so the shade was irrelevant at that point but I'm looking fwd to Pinkgasm because I've heard the formula in general is glowy but not sparkly or glittery.

Does anyone know if the Charlotte T powder highlight is the same as the one in the light filmstar bronze and glow?
The one in the filmstar bronze and glow is lighter and more classic champagne. The huge superstar glow one is darker and pinker/more gold, both are beautiful and can be worn subtly or built up. I’d say filmstar bronze and glow one would be better for a light skin tone, huge superstar could work for deeper skin tones. Both very different. X
