Hi dear....plz help me ....mai kadi banane se ek do din phele ya overnight phele hi dahi ko fridge se bahr nikal deti hu ...mere dahi to khati ho jati hai magar mere kadi khatti nhi Banti.....aur mujhe usse khatta karne k liye ya to usme amchur powder ya imli ka paani dalna parta hai ...jisse kadi ka colour hi change ho jata hai...from yellow to brown ....plz help me ....jisse mere kadi khati bane.. waiting for ur reply ...thankyou
ok Bhawanaji. khati kadhi bananae ke liye kabhi bhi bahar jaisi banane ke liye aapko usmai nimbu ka sat jise citric acid bhi kaha jata hai vo use karna hai. aap itni jaldi dahi ko bahar mat nikaliye per agar aap taza dahi le to bhi usmai citric acid dalke banaiye. usmai kabhi bhi imli ya amchur nahi dala jata hai. aap ek baar banaye aur mujhe jaroor batai.
