    I love playing water polo! It's a great way to build different muscles for swimming, and helps mix things up so you don't get bored swimming back and forth forever :)

    Hi, beginner swimmer here. I downloaded your app and tried my first “getting started for beginners” plan. I’m looking for a plan that’s mix of swim and dryland. For example: 100m free, 30s crunches, 100m kick, 10 burpees. Etc. is there anything like this on the app? I have only the free version and would be excited to get the full version.

    Ok. I love activities and I feel much better when I have some kind of sport every day. Heavy gym exercise make me more tired than happy, and I don’t want gain mass. Kettlebell, swim, resistance bands, dumbbells workout I love it all, no run or cycling, just don’t available for now. If I will have 2 workouts per day, morning and evening from Mon-Fri , what gonna be. Why people around think I’m crazy

      You can't take a shortcut to go to the olympics. If there was, everyone would do it. Its just hardwork and patience. If ur 100 free is 1.05, thats good so try to work on you technique and do the tips he explained in this video. Good Luck!
