What kind of brand of paint do you use

For these bigger projects I just use some basic craft store paints, like folkart or craftsmart. I've got some fancy Vallejo paints I save for my minis or anything that is highly detailed.

Can you actually tell time on this? If so how?

Hi, yes it is possible. It just takes some getting used to. The time on the clock is always read from the 12:00 position. If you imagine that the dots on the wheel are numbers(1-12 for hour and 1-60 for minute) then if the 6 o'clock dot and the 30 minute dot are at the top it is 6:30. The red minute circle is for 0 minutes, the blues are 15 minute intervals. The moon is at 6 o'clock and the red is at 0 for the hour wheel.
