I believe "Lambert" can also be found on Disney Plus. The part of this program relating to cats and their connection with evil spirits was later featured in several Disney Halloween specials.
They were right when they said cats weren't always rewarded for killing off mice, in fact a lot of cartoons make it look like a bad thing. Tom and Jerry, Sylvester, Pixie and Dixie, Mushmouse and Punkin Puss, the cats from Mighty Mouse, all cats are made to look like mean bullies and mice like innocent victims.
Would you consider compiling a video of just the original commercials from these? They're some of the most interesting parts to me as well as some of the rarest!
This episode was re-aired in color under the title, "Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color" in 1962 and the end credits of this episode is completely different.
Very astounding good job fellows throughout the 4th patriotic long felicitous family entertaining educational experience week of said surfside Summer September!! Congratulations 998% yo. This episode fits purr-fectly for meow 😹😺👍.
The Egyptian guy trying to pet the cat is me all the time 😅

@@LindaCooper-i3f Absolutley.
13:11 if only people knew that when cats squinted their eyes like that they were saying, "I'm comfortable with you, I trust you."
He wasnt squinting, its to convey the intensiity of their stare
23:38 - Peter Pan commercial voiceover by Sterling Holloway. Jingle sung by Paul Frees.

To this day, Cairo is loaded to the hilt with cats that are feral.
The original Disney series with Walt as narrator to them seems timeless and wholesome. I wonder what Walt would think of Disney today 🤔
Real wholesome.

Yes! Well, it aired on Christmas Eve 1961 in Season 8, the debut season of WWoC. I’d love to find a copy of that airing!!!
Too bad it's such a poor production of the program. The original is so charming and colorful.
@@leavingitblank9363 I’m on the lookout for a better copy!!!
How educational, this is.
Does anyone know the narrator? It sounds like Richard Kiley.
It's a fellow named John Dehner. He was the narrator in the Disney short "The Truth About Mother Goose."
