Some of them sitting in the hot sun with poor hygiene! As a medical professional with speciality in mental health I could not fathom this. All I knew was that these men and women needed medication. Then I found out that there are certain parts of the church grounds where women should NOT walk. I was afraid of walking by myself incase I walk on the wrong path.
