Dude seriously as a beginner diorama artist youtuber this content is amazing! I absolutely love your way of painting things black first! I think airbrushing makes the entire scene feel real! There are so many different ways of painting things but I think your medium is perfect! I guess if you were going for a more tropical theme, I would suggest not using black for the base because black sets the tone for the entire piece. However a black base for a war scene or anything else that has shady shadows definitely works!
awesome work, lovit ! for resins it is useful to seal properly to avoid this type of inconvenience, however a first layer (thin) with glazing resin allows you to avoid your adventure. the icing resin is made for paintings and does not run when it reaches the edge of the frame! personally I use it and then the big one with inlay resin, no bubble, unlike polyester resin. have a good WE ! jy

Thank you! and you should do it! Resin is all in the prep work but ya I was lucky it failed in a fixable way lol
