Great, quick video on TickTick + G-Cal, but I did not see a connection (automated?) for TickTick + Notion. Any deeper insights on that?

Hello, what do you think is better: tick tick or linear? I know that in tick tick, you can time block with the calendar in the premium version. Linear doesn't, but it's a bit more organized and you can separate stuff in different workspaces.

how did you customise notion to look that clean ? i like notion but find some of the default viewing properties a bit clunky and space inefficient with bars and menus popping up and down alot. i havent looked into notion customisation yet but really like how clean yours looks. any suggestions ?

you can clean it up by removing the database view and using specific blocks like callout and quotes to make headers and formatting look cleaner.
Marie Poulin is great at this and I recommend you check her stuff out

I use a different workflow as of right now, it doesn't have much integration. But I use TickTick + iOS Calendar + Obsidian
    TickTick for Tasks
    Calendar for Events
    Obsidian for Notes
Would you recommend TickTick or a Calendar for planning my day?

Gee, didn’t know you could use TickTick with GMail! That makes a lot of sense. GCal is cool too. I use it to record stuff as well planning. Don’t really use Notion much any more. I feel the only knowledge management tool that is really of any use lies between your ears. I guess I’m a bit of an outlier there. Nice video

      I’m like you
Notion is great, but I feel like everything I need is a calendar and my brain lol, more than that and it’s too many unnecessary tools

OMG!!! 2:26 your calendar looks like you want to die young :D sorry man, but I even can't find the words for that. It is really HUGE amount for events... shit...

Actually if you zoom in, he's put in every activity he literally does in a day. Like his daily chores, chilling, workouts, etc. So he's not really doing tasks in those colour blocks but sort of just planned out his ideal day with a mix of home & work activities.
I kind of prefer my Calendar on Tick Tick though cuz when you're done with something, you can just tick it off and the color changes to reflect that, which I find a lot less stressful than Google Calendar.

I've tried to use ticktick for notes just because I have everything else there...nope. no. Don't do that. Good call Demetri
