  • As citizens of Indonesia with the motto "Unity in Diversity" which has various tribes, ethnicities, races and religions, of course we must have a tolerant attitude towards these differences. We will never know that there will be disputes that can divide the nation if we do not have a tolerant attitude, because a tolerant attitude is one of the characteristics of Bangsa Indonesia's personality which must be embedded in the soul.
Apart from education in school, education outside of school is also an important thing that can form a tolerant attitude for the millennial generation. The social environment is a place for the formation of a soul with a tolerant character. For example, when we have neighbors who have differences in ethnicity, religion or culture, a sense of comfort must be built into that relationship. We must not discriminate against these differences, instead we must unite comfort so that these differences can become unity in one point of view.
Indeed, basically, differences are something that is very common in life. What is seen is not the perspective, but the way we accept and bind the relationship so that it becomes a unity without any conflict. It's like the words "Introspection is important, not interpretation. Self-awareness, not self-esteem. Tolerance is not arrogance. Trust, not anger. Apologizing, not asking for attention.” These words are a view to reflect, that tolerance is very important and must be strived for. With a tolerant attitude, we can build a quality nation, because the people also uphold solidarity. Therefore, as the millennial generation, let's build a tolerant attitude to build a quality Indonesian nation!!!!
