Tribeca is one of the OG hoods that was cool even back in the 70's. The Tartarian architecture is incredible there- you can really spot the mud flooded buildings-(building that go deep into the ground). Such history!
Great video! I love Tribeca. I’ve been leading architecture tours in that neighborhood since 2019 and I have to say, you were so lucky to get to see the Ghostbusters fire house with the door open! That is a rare treat for my groups! Love your content!

He knocked out for a nap in the lull between art galleries and Mercer Labs, which was perfect timing 🤌 Woke him up in the middle of Mercer Labs and he was very quick on the uptake haha

Interesting! I’ve lived in NYC for awhile, but Tribeca is a neighborhood I rarely go to. I had the idea everything is too expensive there and the people are too snobby! 😂 Is Cafe Odeon still there? That used to be the place to go there!
Haha Ghostbusters. Saw that a few months ago. 👍 I am always surprised that people queue everywhere in NYC to eat or get coffee, never see that in Australia. Must be the huge number living there. This is a really good video today. I enjoyed the art too.
