Namugongo safety outlook - All security agencies tactfully deployed

Security presence is visible in Namugongo as men and women in uniform roam the entire vicinity to ensure enhanced safety and security. The Special Forces Command and Counter Terrorism units are operating at the entrances gazetted for access. Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, Patrick Onyango, states that the early diversion of roads and enhanced security measures were implemented due to intelligence indicating possible disruptions of the event by wicked elements.
