I have 2 things to contribute: 1- AP Salvo Plus is considered a "main skill" by the standards of other classes, but it is not even close to the most important skill of the class and many times you will prefer not to use it to continue having mobility/dodge mechanics. The true main skill of the class is Homing Beacon and you can keep it pressed while doing everything, including casting summons and bursting. In fact, from the beginning of the burst you can keep the homing beacon pressed and even while you are in the Origin Skill animation, the homing beacon continues to deal damage if you have already held it down before. The only skill that you need to release the button and press again is Full Metal Barrage. It is not a good idea to want this skill to be toggle in future because the class would only lose with that, being active gives you the freedom to just use it without getting stuck in animations. 2- Mobbing with this class is even more braindead than shown in the video, in the class' discord there are several screenshots of rotations for the maps where you literally stand still casting Homing Beacon and only leave to place summons every 2 minutes and erda fountain every minute. It is also important to mention that it is the only class that has summons close to 2 minutes (or more with Summon Duration). After the 6th job, Homing Beacon synergizes a lot with Dusk, but the class has not yet received 6th job summons upgrade and in the strongest maps it is much more difficult to farm without having a lot of investment. Still, it is a class that can clear 100% even in the biggest maps and should age like wine when the next 6th job upgrade comes, which should be the summons.

Si te gusta el lazy farm del mechanic, este es skill te ayuda a hacerlo más lazy. Tus invocaciones hacen daño solo si tú realizas un ataque, si te quedas quieto estos no dañarán a los mobbs. Al tener la skill activa y reflejar el daño que te hacen los mobbs, puedes farmear sin necesidad de presionar alguna tecla. Ya que el devolver daño funciona como un ataque lo cual activa el daño de todas tus invocaciones. Yo lo uso bastante, así tengo mis manos libres y mis invocaciones siguen farmeando por mi. Realmente considero que eso está muy bueno. SUPER LAZYFARM.
What I learned from maining mech for 6 months. -There has been a bug that causes off-screen summons to lag out the game on some CPUs. If it happens to you, keeping everything on-screen makes it managable, but it is a xp loss vs those without the bug. If you start lagging out, try to right-click your summons to desummon. If it's too laggy for even that, bind cash shop to a key and spam it. -The random color feature for mech can roll colors you can't normally select. -Rock and shock creates a triangle and does damage anywhere in it's area. You can get really creative with the map geometry to have some massive coverage. -Find a map you can full clear without moving , that is peak training. -I rolled 3l att% on the secondary in 3 cubes by accident
I'm going to be burning a mech with this next burn, it's 200 already. Nexon, buff mechanic. Homing beacon should not be a toggle. I love these guides. Hoyoung is a fun class, I don't main it but it's skills are very pretty.
