My children knew that X is my all time favorite ; not just for his music but for his heart , words of wisdom and how he always had heartfelt prayers . Every time I saw him cry during an interview , I always said that I wanted to meet him just to give him a big hug , tell him how much he is loved and possibly share a prayer with him . While my heart is truly broken I know that more than likely he is where he wants to be and that’s home with his father . I would say that I wanted to see him preach but he preached every time he opened his mouth ; the true definition of meeting the people where they are . I was 14 when I first heard this man rap and knew right away he was something different something special. Then watched him take the world bye storm. I watched him struggle but through it all I always prayed for him. I watched the most powerful performance live when I was 16. The best concert I’ve ever been to. At the end of his performance he had 20 thousand people pray with him and damn near made us cry. He was truly a soldier of god. And now God brought him home RIP KING🙏🏽
