I know this is a long shot, and basically 1 day into the track editor. But can you guys please add something like 3 best times on each track? That would make it fun to challenge friends etc.

That is a great idea! Having full leaderboards for each track is costly in server fees, but top 3 is doable. I'll add that to ideas for future update.

How is it that bike 2 is able to clear a entire jump from a standing stop when bike 3 can't even come close while landing well short?

There is a bug in the track editor where it shows the wrong bike number. Chances are it might not be bike 2. We are working on fixing that.
