Thank you for this update. From this video, it's clear that it's not advisable to continue pursuing a Portugal job seeker visa. It's better to rather look for job from home country and apply directly for work permit. Or channel the energy and resources to other countries if job seeking is the intent.

They can because their process started in their home country. So they are eligible to get the residency. It's for new applicants!
