- I had the opportunity to check out the latest Wooting releases, with the new release, this was made specifically for custom keyboard enthusiasts who prefer to build the keyboard themselves. You could also just get the module and install in other 60% cases which I believe is the main point of the module.

Finally pulled the trigger on it and just ordered mine! I got mods ready for it and cant wait to go ham!
Great summary on that board, I haven’t picked up an HE yet but may have to pick the kit up, looks fun!

@@LewisToh I'm a pretty heavy typist, playing a lot of D4 right now and was accidentally activating some of the key so I'm running Nixies in my gaming board right now. However one of my sons is home from college sitting next to me and he is the only one not using one of my custom boards because he likes the adjustable activation on his Steelseries. However the sound of those switches and stabs all day are about to drive me insane! Building him a Wooting might be the best thing I could do for stress relief for the next couple of months :) The one you built with the foam sound much better than the original IMHO!

I recently found your channel when I got into making custom keyboards. I got to say I think your content is great and I think you should make minimal adjustments. For me the wooting is great. I know there's other HE alternatives now and some are pretty damn good, but so far Wooting customer support (outside of being ehh... overwhelmed during their rapid growth as a company due to 60HE's success) has been great for me personally. Their software is second to none imho. Their switch design... is 'ok' in terms of feel and sound, but functionality wise their absolutely top notch.

Hello lewis! Im planning on building my first custom and im torn between two, the Aula f75 and the Hi75 you reviewed, o really like the wireless of the aula but the hi75 aluminum is enticing
what do you think of this compared to the monsgeek HE
brother its not comparable, the wooting pcb is just better than any other HE PCB. As much as i dislike wooting an what they are doing with the 80HE, they made the top of the line pcb.
yeah i think wooting’s pcb is not comparable, it feels like a totally different tier, crazy stuff

very different kind of keyboard, ajazz is more tuned towards the sound? but this has features that ajazz probably will never have, so if you prioritise gaming then this keyboard is for you
Nice video, i got into custom keyboard because of you, BTW Lewis can you do a review on Attack Shark K85, its also a have Rapid Trigger function which also use magnetic switch, is consider as "budget" Wooting , since you make budget content also why not do a review on this keyboard

i havent tried that, but from my knowledge of watching reviews online, i think wooting is still king of it all

thats hard, the switches that provide us with all the features have a really distinct sound that cannot be changed!

I thought your speaking speed was great. Did not feel like the video dragged at all. Just the length it needed to be.
The background music is good, maybe a tad bit hi volume-wise (I can’t tell if it competes with your voice or with listening to KB sounds throughout the video, but not an issue.
I didn’t care much for the sound, so I do wonder how it feels. I imagine it’s great for gaming, but not my thing.

You don't need a wooting....
For the average consumer like you, no, you don’t. But for people really into gaming or willing to step up their game, it is 110% worth it. This is the best gaming keyboard on the market and probably will be for a while.
