It doesn't damage the suspension but rather extends the life of suspension with adding safety and comfort. I am using it for past couple of years.

@@samratdeepakr4427 I don't do rash driving. With bad roads in Bangalore, I find it as a boon adding comfort. I go at the same speed as I used to go earlier, but with more confidence, lesser under body scrapes and comfort. FYI, all roads in Bangalore are rough roads.
