For everyone complaining about how she builds, can you please STOP?! Do you know how hard it is to build? She is building it first so you don't have to figure it out on your own. Lazy Bumms! And then you complain about how long it is? Do it yourself, then!!
people are allowed to criticize and are completely entitled to their opinions, especially when devoting their time trying to learn something. the criticisms i saw, for the most part, was the lack of editing in the video. this made it hard to follow along with someone who is making up what they do on the spot, changing and correcting themselves without giving instruction to the viewer. the reason they're not "doing it themselves, then" is because they came to this video specifically to be instructed, and were not.

Put moveobjects on and you should be able to put the archway on the top part of the door way :D
Thanks for the tutorial 🤗 There’s just one thing, I’m following each step you do and since I’m not a pro at this it takes time to do things and then you be like “No nevermind I won’t do that” so I get really mad so yea thx

I can try to not use a lot of cc inside if you like! But any cc I do use will all be linked in the descriptions! :)

So the house is very nice looking but I couldn't watch the tutorial because of the fact that you are building it at night and I can't see what you are doing. That makes me sad.
TL;DR Building in Appaloosa Plains. Edit town to build without household funds. Building on 30x30 lot. Start at 3:10
Hey I love sim build videos. I can sit through tons of videos and just binge watch. Also, about the garage connecting to the foundation...all you have to do is put your foundation down and make the garage walls. You will see the foundation get pushed down like it did in the video. That's ok for that to happen. When that happens, click on the level terrain and make the garage "foundation level". After that, make another wall on top of the garage and there you go :) Sorry for the long comment and I hope this helps you. There is also another good youtuber that I love to watch and she explains all of this very well. Her builds are awesome. You should check her out. Her name is Zensimmer.

I tried really hard to steer clear of custom content, but I did use expansion pack stuff! If I remember right I also had a hard time with the roofing and layout so just a heads up if you're just now about to watch it! lol
You should lower the roofing on the garage so that it doesn’t go into the windows and the roof pieces that you put on the house at 37:22 would have looked nice on the side of the garage and would’ve made the house match better and the window your mouse hovered over at 34:21 “window with boards” would have looked nice on the little bump out of the garage but other than that I think your house looks amazing and kudos to you for even attempting something like this in the sims 3 🙌🙌👏👏👏

Okay sweetie you’re gonna need to edit your videos so people know what you’re ACTUALLY going to build. Trying to follow along with you is difficult and irritating. Please explain how and why you’re doing things a little bit more. It might help the viewers.
