I love this video, quite honestly the best POV video from this Mercedes Benz model, you should do more videos with this car, I will watch every second of it. And the interior of your car is really stunning to look at. And that V6 engine that you have is soo smooth. I really really enjoyed it really much. I've watched this video like 5 times already :)))
Thank you very much for your lovely comment, you have brightened my day 😁 I'm glad that you like the video and I think you'll like the fact that it's actually an inline 6 engine, not v6 😉 Unfortunaltely, I have sold the Merc, I miss it's sound and interior 😢 But one day I hope for an even better Mercedes 😂 Have a wonderful day, God bless!
Very very very beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I had 3 w210 in the time, e220 diesel(95hp) e220 cdi (125hp) and e200 cdi (116hp) :D. Such beautiful days ago!! Today have the w212 and still love this model..
Very nice video & damn it looks so smooth. I'm wondering about getting W210 (sedan or estate) and currently I think 320 is good option. Not sure yet if it should be petrol or diesel 320.
Thank you! If it is in good condition, it is not expensive to maintain, at least here in Croatia you can get cheap used parts if something major fails. Fuel consumption is not economical. Finances aside, the car isn't small and it has a powerful engine, but it is tame. In the right hands the car is not dangerous at all, however for a beginner driver it may not be a good choice for a first car, because it is exciting to rev up the 6 cylinder engine and an inexperienced driver could make a big mistake. Also the car glides very softly and a beginner wouldn't be able to sense the physics of speed and cornering properly, which could cause loss of control. I believe a beginner should have some average hatchback for a first car, just to get used to driving, and then after several months when there is some skill and confidence, it would be fine to get the E320 :)
@@bornakapac9266 when it comes to fuel theres no problem I will be working and will afford and won't do as much kms as other ppl would do because I will be out for some time and then home when it comes to handling the car ppl tell me to get it as a first car and I believe I may be able to handle it from the beginning bc from the first day at driving school I was handling the car by myself and the w210 is 1 meter longer than the car I'm driving
@@sl-mr7rq you will enjoy the car, if you are responsible and careful you should be fine. Just be easy on the accelerator until you get to know the car well, especially in slippery conditions and exiting corners ;)
@@bornakapac9266 I came back to the video and found the comment lol, I had a 2012 opel astra as a first car after driving like 8 other cars, O bought an opel vectra some time ago and getting ready to get my first Benz in April, w210 E230
Thanks for the video! What a great car. At first i wanted the E430, but after your vid I do love the E320 much more. Do you still own that car? If so have a long and great time with it!
I'm glad you like it! I never had the chance to try out the v8, so I'm not sure which I would rather have. Unfortunately I sold it, but it was a beautiful experience :)
Unfortunately, I have sold the car a few months ago, so no new videos with the Merc. But maybe I make a compilation of some pulls from existing videos 😁
The E320 has got alot kick to it but it's a elegance like my E230 and when i go around corners fast i feel very much bodyroll. My previous avantgarde ones stay planted and firm tho.
I might buy a E230 avantgarde also soon but it needs alot of welding, both do but i want to keep them. My E230 elegance has rare memory seats like your E320.
Hello! I believe that my inline 6 was produced only until 1996 (maybe in some markets outside Europe even later) so please check because I think '98 should be V6, not inline 6. Luckily nothing was serious, but as the car is nearly 25 years old, you can always expect some inconveniences. The most expensive fix was the gearbox when it got kind of stuck in reverse, that I paid around €320. It is the oldschool 4 speed, no electronics, so maybe that's why it was cheap to fix. Other annoying problems were A/C leak, ignition switch failure, serpentine belt pulley got loose and most recently a brake pipe got a leak, that freaked me out, but altogether very cheap fixes, things that can happen to any car, but annoying. Oh yeah and when I bought it I had taken care of some rust for €900 to make it perfect. Also note that the original tyre size 215/55/16 is expensive, like some low profile 17" tyres, so you can consider an alternative tyre/wheel size. Other than that, it's a cheap and reliable car with much to offer, but it is old so don't invest too much in it
@@bornakapac9266 yes, you are right, it is a V6. I was always a big fun of old mercedes. I use to own two w123, and even now I am driving 88 w124. All that small maintanence problem could happen, I worked it all with my previousl mercedeses, but what I am affraid the most is automatic gearbox failure. Any tips how to examine it before a purchase?
@@tofikar18 I wish I could get a nice w123 :D Well, I don't have any credible knowledge about automatic gearboxes, I only know that here in Croatia you can buy used mercedes gearboxes for w210 cheap and just replace if something bad happens. When trying out an auto-trans car, it should shift smoothly, without slipping (not so easy to notice, as it's an automatic, but rpms should drop in a proper manner when upshifting)
