I am amazed at each video how much information you have in your rings system. How our brains manage to hold all this info is beyond me. It's so much information when you put it down on paper. props to you for trying to keep everything on track.

I suffer from no sense of time as well. Which worked great for over night trauma work, but not so good for getting stuff done in my personal life ❤
