You didn't create properly folders!!!or you must change USB!

Im kinda confused with something. Are we supposed to activate ps3 by signing into psn then going to account information to activate? I cant get any games to boot. One game i installed is stuck in trial version and others go to the psn store screen telling i need to sign in but i cant sign in cause im on 4.89. Any advice would be great. Thx
