It basically means they previously record live performance vocals (take a couple of takes) and then lip sync to them like they would to the normal track. If gives off the illusion of great live vocals, and hides the breathing while dancing. I work in sound/audio engineering and can easily spot this in performances.

There were a couple of times I hear Tzuyu breathing on her part and at 2:34 at Nayeon and Mina's part. And also at Mina's part she just skip a word in order to catch her breath in 2:42
