I love my Z2. It's a pity Sony took so long to introduce the Z2 into the US market. I picked mine up in Japan as I live there. I absolutely love my Z2. The battery is amazing, I watch a ton of YT videos, constantly use the Walkman app to play music while using Navigation GPS, and I STILL often have around 20% battery life after almost a day and a half of use. The Z2 battery is amazing.

Battery lasts a whole day, with around 4 and a half hours of screen, 75% brightness, wifi and 3g, whatsapp, some youtube videos, instagram, chrome, yahoo, Gmail, outlook, and a few other push apps. I get to the end of my day with around 15-20%. But every time I play games, battery drains a lot. Half hour of gaming uses around 10% of the battery, depending on the game.
Lars Reviews anyway, with really heavy use, like gaming, youtube, gps, bluetooth, you will probably need to activate energy saving mode or lower the screen brightness in order to get a full day with one charge.

There is a additional mode that will slow down the cpu, but I wouldn't use it. It takes the sense away of getting a flagship phone.

That guest mode is actually an effective implementation. You don't have to fumble around when someone asks to use your phone like, hey I don't trust you let me lock my stuff down. This way you can just unlock it using a different code, very smart. I want to see this to be on all phone.
so here it is, 2017 and I'm watching G3 videos. I bought the note 5 near the end of 2015 and I'm kicking myself for not getting a g4 instead. I live in a rural area with terrible Internet, so relying on cloud backup isn't a great option and I'm constantly running out of space on my note. there aren't any other flag ship phones since the note 7 was recalled I've been looking for a backup. The g3 is 150-170 now and it seems perfect for what I want.

It doesn't feel that responsive while browsing the settings menu, does it? Everytime he tap on an option, the tap animation (with sound too) seems to start a little bit after the tap action. Is it a base 2gb model, has it been solved with lollipop...?
With the guest mode, it isn't working with the pin code for me. All other lock screens types work, but for some reason the pin code won't. I prefer pin codes and guest mode is important to me. Is there any way that I can fix this?
***** that's not true at all, it looks like some kind of software bug. I don't have that issue on my G3, so it clearly has nothing to do with the processor not being powerful enough.

I had the phone a month and use it alot. Like I have to atleast plug it in 2 times a day cause I don't let the battery get below 60. Even with of that the phone doesn't lag at all. Even with several apps running at the same time. I really love the G3 and this is coming from a major Samsung fan.

On my LG G3 the buttons on the bottom are triangle, circle and rectangle, not the classic ones you have. Do you know any way that I could make it the same as yours.
GabrielVC connect a a usb charger to your phone an the other end into the laptop. you should get a notification saying something like 'share photos/vidoes' press it then automatically downloads evrything on your phone to your computer :)

I chose the Sony Z2 over the G3 and I couldn't be happier. That magnetic dock charger and those NC headphone are awesome! But the G3 is good too.

There's a very noticeable delay of action when you press on something
you can mostly see it when he's pressing on the tabs and buttons through the setings
The delay is caused by Magnifacation Gesture. You can just turn it off in Accessibility and everything will be fine.

The only lag ive experienced is when i open Scribd, other than that the phone is extremely smooth and clean.

Unfortunately i don't think you can do that without root. As your lg g3 has co e pre-installed with android 5.0 lolipop
