Malaking tulong ba to?paano kung dka magiging scholar? Kaya ba ng mga under privileged magbayad ng tuition sa private schools?.Ayusin niyo na libre ang tuition sa mga State U. Yung UP nga na gov funded pa saksakan ng mahal ng tuition. Wala tayong equality sa education at kaipokritohan lang tong bill na to.

That’s somewhat discriminatory
Specially for some that hardworking but doesn’t really excels well on the academics
Remember each and everyone has its own learning abilities
Also what if your parents are not so poor neither so rich either
