I’d argue that Kalgara gets a pretty substantial bump up, both because they are the other deck which gets 10-drop enel and they now have a searcher for Noland (which also hits the previously mentioned Enel, character Kalgara, etc). Tier 3 minimum imo, probably a good bit higher.
Not putting enel in tier 1 is crazy. New music event makes him way more consistent to get his high cost bodies like yamato, enel, ace. The new enel makes him able to play against teach too, since his effect is on when attacking timing. He also hits at 12k which forces teach to block + discard a card if he doesn't want to take a life. And if he is established you can raigo and then hit with him to heal. He also is one of dofla worst matchups, I won't be surprised if we see way more tops from enel in this set

In enel you definitly run the music cards it grabs everything you need for late game. I think you still run derishee in some capacity to help make sure you can ko with the Nami that requires you to discard a trigger card

I was hoping ST21 Luffy would have more promise on release but if the rest of the cards from the deck turn into more of a buff for Shanks I guess I can always pivot.
I will admit, I 100^ forgot Kalgara was a Sky Island leader to use Enel to it's full potential. I knew the 2c Music event would be a nice boost to find your Norlands (& other big bodies you may want to squeeze in). I'd move it to Tier 3 Cope, but on the higher side since I think it has a pretty decent shot to be a 2.5 Squeaker.
@@atrocioustcg Moving away from Ohm/Holly gives you way more play vs Doffy, your numbers line up well vs Teach, BY and Shanks. Only real dogs matchup wise feel like PLuffy, Lucci and Bonney.
I think Pudding might be worth considering for Copium tier. The new events help with consistancy and the deck has an absolutely brutal curve going first. Sadly a bit highrolley and weak to Teach, but oh well. I think your list is pretty accurate, tho idk if Teach is maybe just tier 2. Its good, but it definatly has its flaws and can just hit random losses against any aggressive deck

@ one of the things I super struggle with is if there’s 2-3 better leaders of the same color, why play the 3rd-4th best on that list? I should break that mold for the next list I do
@@atrocioustcg i mean teach got different playstyle than lucci or smoker so black luffy is also black so he also remove things but also play different than lucci it is more value based and less removal and better in late cause the 6k lead and got a realy good match up into black decks cause the plus 1

Boa DECIMATE BB like autowin, is amazing against Shanks, good against pluffy/boa, neutral against BY, and I would say the only really bad matchup are Lucci and Doffy. Nevertheless, great video! I enjoy the tier list a lot :)

I think this is pretty fair, I won't argue too much against that logic. The only list I've seen so far (found post recording) didn't play 10c Enel
I saw a Moria deck go full discard hand deck profile and it absolutely destroyed Teach, it was hilarious

In theory, it's really nice to help find your Rayleighs and Dragons. Do they play it though? What do they replace? That I'm not sure, tbh.

There’s no shot that Teach is tier 2. In OP10 top cuts, Doffy had 28, Teach had 23, next highest was Pluffy with 7
