The 90's? Sounds more like late 70's early 80's new wave to me or even powerpop. Very garage band of that era. Which maybe what some of the 90's people grew up on. And it's not the camera men that were busy shifting scenes, it was the film editor. (Or I guess you'd call him a digital editor or some such these days).
