The drummers kit is so almost like how Grohl had it in the 90's. I even see the overly tall hi-hat, the large rack tom and even the large snare. Even his arm movements are Grohl-like. Good show guys. Shows the effort you put into the presentation.
First time that i see a good drummer in a nirvana cover band, he knows all the details of the dave drummings ,and addering his own style .....and even he use the proportions of dave drum kit. NIRVANAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!
Shame they've nailed the singing, drums and guitar sound... small things like Krist bass picking - I would have chosen Gibson Thunderbird or Ibanez to get as close as possible to the sound and use Pick... and probably get someone for backing vocals... should be easy things considering the fact they have Kurts voice and Dave's drumming:D

Stage movements, props, clothes, incredible tall bass player,, between song antics, not to mention their skill at playing, the lead singers voice, even though he is british he has mastered a northwest accent, and the harmonies from the dave and krist characters. Even the Pat character has on red pants and socks. Insanely good.
This Sliver bands bass player should be in an AIC tribute as Jerry Cantrell. The Pat in this band looks like a young Mike McCreedy. The Kurt guy with a Jim shirt is weird but I appreciate that they are at the whisky-a-gogo. They are good as well but the UK band is my fav.

It is meant to be fun and give fans of the music/band a chance to see what is otherwise impossible due to bands either being broken up or members dead. In this case both. This is the nature of "tribute" bands. To look and sound as close to the original as possible...and to most importantly, have fun!
Well done!!!! Very close to Kurt's singing and playing... well done to the drummer!!! The only things missing were backing vocals and Krist bass picking - I would have chosen Gibson Thunderbird or Ibanez to get as close as possible to the sound. The audience was terrible...For this kind of performance you should expect audience to go crazy and have mosh pit :D
Honestly one of the greatest tributes I've seen, one thing that could be improved, play some of their over songs, like Aero Zeppelin, Floyd The Barber, Aneurysm, would honestly make it the most intimate tribute, but honestly amazing it is

Wow. Instantly... Not sure if it'll dip in quality or whatever.... The drummer was a little off with the roll in intro, but vocally and all else this is the most pitch perfect cover of breed I've ever heard. I really liked ... Shit , who was it, Fuels? Or was it.... ::shudder:: nickelback...? Anyway those sounded great but you know with their hands respective singers singing the song. Like YOU know, the way covers usually go. But this, shit. (post Malone during the pandemic had a pretty good performance from his basement. About an hour long. Then I checked out the rest of his music and I'm not really a fan.) I like how these guys aren't trying to copy Nirvana exactly as far as dress up. Cover bands are cool they're fun but for some reason when it comes to Nirvana, it bothers me. Like it's not the real thing but they look so close to the real thing and I'm just like. I'm turning this off. Just feels wrong. It's not right. A lot of other color bands are just trying too hard I think.
The band is alright. Although, I still think they are lacking that emotion stage wise and especially those screams from the "kurt" in the band. It feels too forced and not natural. Wish I could say that I would listen to them more, but,,, it's just lacking that umpf,, idk , not here to piss anyone off, just my opinion. Last note - the singer doesn't sound like Kurt to me after a couple songs, change my mind ? :)

I watched Nirvana at the Astoria, London 1990? 91? Blinding gig. This is a cracking tribute band. I personally don't think the vocalist sounds like Kurt Cobain, different pitch and such HOWEVER still really really good. Live always sounds different so maybe that is why I can't hear it.
Idk why it bugs me so much when people say he sounds almost identical to Kurt. He doesn't sound like Kurt really at all. I'm not saying he isn't good cause he is, he's a damn good vocalist and this band is really fucking good, so when I say he doesn't sound like Kurt, I'm not knocking him. Just cause he has a rasp in his voice doesn't mean he sounds like Kurt. He sounds similar in some parts but Kurt's voice was just amazing and unique that nobody will ever come close to what he had. It wasn't just his tone it was his passion and the way he felt his songs. Nobody will ever sound identical simply cause the songs they're playing aren't theirs. It's not their heart they're wearing on a sleeve. Again, he's good like really good but he isn't an uncanny match to kurt. Just my opinion. Thanks.
Honestly, Nirvana isn't just a band to me. When I was young I swear to God it felt like Nirvana and Kurt Cobain were the only people on earth I could relate to. That's how much of a fucking loser I am. Nirvana connected with millions in so many ways, but I felt like they were the only friends I had, and none of them even knew I existed. That's why I call myself a loser.

(post Malone during the pandemic had a pretty good performance from his basement. About an hour long. Then I checked out the rest of his music and I'm not really a fan.) I like how these guys aren't trying to copy Nirvana exactly as far as dress up. Cover bands are cool they're fun but for some reason when it comes to Nirvana, it bothers me. Like it's not the real thing but they look so close to the real thing and I'm just like. I'm turning this off. Just feels wrong. It's not right. A lot of other color bands are just trying too hard I think.
The band is alright. Although, I still think they are lacking that emotion stage wise and especially those screams from the "kurt" in the band. It feels too forced and not natural. Wish I could say that I would listen to them more, but,,, it's just lacking that umpf,, idk , not here to piss anyone off, just my opinion. Last note - the singer doesn't sound like Kurt to me after a couple songs, change my mind ? :)
If they decide to make an actual movie I hope this singer is in it! But he needs to play left handed to make it complete

Yr not getting the subtleties that made Nirvana so great. First track (Breed) Yr a semitone out on the melodic drop which creates the dissonance.
Otherwise... and I’m not gonna mention the other band members other than some seem to be in the wrong band... but yeah. Not too bad.

Nice tribute, nice show, the way all of you were dressed, the way of switching chords, etc.. and last and most important the power in the music! Its clear that these guys didnt just get the haircut..wear the clothes and learn the songs.The level of detail they've gone to in trying to replicate Nirvana's on stage presence is art in itself.

I watched Nirvana at the Astoria, London 1990? 91? Blinding gig. This is a cracking tribute band. I personally don't think the vocalist sounds like Kurt Cobain, different pitch and such HOWEVER still really really good. Live always sounds different so maybe that is why I can't hear it.

Idk why it bugs me so much when people say he sounds almost identical to Kurt. He doesn't sound like Kurt really at all. I'm not saying he isn't good cause he is, he's a damn good vocalist and this band is really fucking good, so when I say he doesn't sound like Kurt, I'm not knocking him. Just cause he has a rasp in his voice doesn't mean he sounds like Kurt. He sounds similar in some parts but Kurt's voice was just amazing and unique that nobody will ever come close to what he had. It wasn't just his tone it was his passion and the way he felt his songs. Nobody will ever sound identical simply cause the songs they're playing aren't theirs. It's not their heart they're wearing on a sleeve. Again, he's good like really good but he isn't an uncanny match to kurt. Just my opinion. Thanks.
Honestly, Nirvana isn't just a band to me. When I was young I swear to God it felt like Nirvana and Kurt Cobain were the only people on earth I could relate to. That's how much of a fucking loser I am. Nirvana connected with millions in so many ways, but I felt like they were the only friends I had, and none of them even knew I existed. That's why I call myself a loser.
