Tamagotchi is a Virtual Reality Pet that became a trend in the 90s. It was released by Bandai on the year 1996. Story-wise, it is an alien that came from a spaceship and needs your care.
The name was created by coining of the Japanese words "Tamago" (egg) and "Uotchi" (watch). I'd still beg to differ that the second coin word should be "Tomodatchi" (friend) as it makes more sense.
Tamagotchi has 3 main from buttons and a reset button at the back. It is powered by 2 LR44 batteries.
The lifespan of the Tamagotchi pet could last up to 23 days, depending on how good you took care of it. The more proper care provided, the more rarer the evolution result.

Matagal n po yan. Almost 30 years n ata. Collection ko po since maliit ako kaya d ko n maalala ung price. ;)
