Hey great video! My worst boss as a child was medieval's boss. Oh! And I see a lot of people use Jazz but I always (always!) used Spaz because for the final boss, believe it or not, I used no weapon at all! I was just using the "slip" trick that Spaz had!
With the 320x200 screen resolution it kinda looks like it would have been ported to the Sony PSX...
Back when I made this video (It's actually even older than the upload date), I thought to myself, "Well, the first game was in 320 x 200... so why not do this one like that, too?" Truth be told, I still remember it being a huge pain at such a small resolution. The game was _meant_ to be played at 640 x 480 minimum. But ah well, what's done is done!

I loved this game, but only the first boss was actually difficult (in the hardest mode she could drop a lot of bricks on you)! The rest were all easily defeated once you'd collected plenty of weapons, which was easy to do.
I once edited the last Tubelectric stage and included the Rocket Turtle boss in it.

I think I played it at this resolution because 480p wasn't a thing on _TH-cam,_ yet. It's, uh… it's quite odd, trying to play it like this, but it's very "retro," since the original game was at 320 x 200. :)
@@TakeOnKMC 'well when I got it at best buy back then if you looked at the back of the box the game screen shots were in this resolution. I guess you can say close up but it came with Jazz 1 and that was what I assumed should been the way to play. I still have my hard copy and it some how works on windows 10 with an xbox controller.

That is correct. Once Jazz (and Spaz) escaped the Carrotus dungeon (after being unfairly put there, thanks to Devan's meddling), Queen Earlong, herself, made an attempt to put them back in there. As you can see, it didn't quite work.

There was also a deleted boss called Tweedle (I think in the 4th lv of ep2)
Yup! Tweedle was planned to be a boss in the "Psychedelic" levels, but was cut for time. He had the ability to take Jazz or Spaz's gun away and use it against them as well as just plain kick them around. I think someone made a _Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Plus_ map that makes a (somewhat?) functional Tweedle boss fight. I should look into that.
I would like to see a video with the Tweedle boss or with the Rocket Turtle boss :D

That might be something to look into... I'd probably combine those with the prototype version's bosses, in fact. If I can find decent maps for Tweedle and Rocket Turtle, that is.
